Most definitely the cause of delays since all answers seem to be cryptic and indefinite. Of course all the confusion could be cleared really quickly if BitSyn came out and stated what is actually going on since there is now two months of delays since the original ship date of batch 2's. Throwing a dog a bone for the pack to shut up would seem like a good idea when you don't want to be completely honest, it would seem we are getting bones and nothing more. There is no cake and if there happens to actually be cake it will be dried out and crusty by the time the whole party gets a piece. |

OMG they answered my ticket within 5 minutes and my order (Feb 3) is now appearing in the store.
Almost the most beautiful day of my life...
and is shipping in 1-3 days. I said before: I'll address shipping issues first, get production flowing, then I'll address tickets and ship units. there is literally no reason to do this before the first two is ready n set. My order(10 feb) still does not show up in the store. |

I opened also a new ticket and closed the old ones. Hopefully I will have something soon in my order page :-)

My ticket is resolved and order page is updated! This is impressive! Thanks BitSyncom  My Order # on the order page is 108xx. Ticket# ~1000 My order is shipped and arrived DHL Customs in Germany. They called me today. I didn't got a tracking number untill now. DHL told me customs fee will cost like ~250,-€. |

Well here I have some infos for you: - Package says 2x 500$ and is sent by DHL-Express (customs fee is ~24% - 25%) - DHL send me a Email for a comany and asks for a EORI-Number... In the telephon call I explained that I'm a private person, I don't have a clue what that number is and he said then I should send him the order confirmation from Avalon to confirm this. - Customs fee have to paid to DHL at my door Now waiting to arrive |
