Hi guys,

Could someone please explain to me how to stop staking.

I'm using Bitconnect (Qt) Wallet and my entire balance is being staked (0.00 BCC spendable), though I don't remember choosing to stake it.

I understand there's a 15 day stake cycle but when does it start/end and, if staking automatically recurs at the end of each cycle, how do you stop it?

Still a little confused about the 15 days thing, but all of my balance returned to spendable once the 'mined' transaction had sufficient confirmations.

You are wrong. Chevas Regal clearly sees an opportunity to scam someone.
I actually wrote to him and see what he is trying to sell me.
I even asked him about his stake in the coin.
Something doesn't make sense to me and I don't like to deal without an escrow.

I have over 2k BCC at one point which I sold and stake most of it.
Just last month I sold over 200 BCC under usd 15.
It was snapped up under 24 hours.
The volume is real.

As to people wondering why the transaction is so high on BCC own's exchange.
Well, because it make sense.
It make sense to those investing to go use BCC exchange if you plan to stake.
Otherwise, you will incur unnecessary fees as the staking (conversion) can only occur at BCC own exchange.
Similarly, if you want to exit and convert from interest generated from staking, you will need to use BBC own exchange.
So it make sense.

There is a convention this October for those with a large single usd 20k investment this June and July.
You will be surprised how much money this coin has been making for so many people.
And I planned to share this more after my stake lock down period lapsed.
