Because listing it there costs MONEY. It's 3 BTC iirc. Do you have 3 BTC to contribute? If so, I'm sure the devs will be happy to use it to get listed on Bittrex. Until then, it's just not that important I think. Just use Cryptopia.

The dev said some time ago that before bittrex or any other high profile wallet.....that the Windows wallet needs to be "right" and
that the Android app needs to be out and working.

Then you will see xspec really take off....and not because of the exchanges. Nothing would be worse than making xspec so generally available and not meeting expectations.

On another note...I get excited when I read things like this.....

I tried ss on my Mac. The result is negative. No! I can't sync with ss.
It's better to buy a VPN which support IKEv2 or IPsec.
