It's so obvious isn't it lol. If they are getting paid I wonder how their handler thinks they are doing. A big part of counting cards in black jack is knowing how to hide the fact you are counting cards. In fact, if you can't do that it doesn't matter how good at counting you are because you will just get kicked out of the casino. Same is true for shills. The good shills can hide their motive, while the bad ones are easily spotted and it doesn't matter what they say people know to throw it out.

If Qtum is finally answering thread questions....how come you removed the opportunity to invest on the website?  Seems like you are only catering to the Chinese market.

We didn't meet the KYC and AML rules required by Singapore.

Can't put an ICO website together and comply with KYC and AML like every other major ICO does, yet we are supposed to believe you can give us the next ETH?

Is the ICO done yet? 10 mil in 90 minutes why is it taking so long to finish? Looking forward to seeing the ETH and BTC addresses for the funds raised once the ICO is over.
because as people have been saying, it was inside buying, and they left the other 10% for real peole to buy and get scammed.
hope not but everything tells me yes

That makes no sense tbh.  If they left 10% for real people, that would net them 1.5M.  With all these players involved and over a year of building up 1.5M is not alot of $ to scam, when split amongst all these parties.

Keep in mind not all parties involved might know the game/hustle of the scam involved.
Also keep in mind the 49% premine. But your point is very valid, when Dai scammed BitBay and ran away with some of their funds the rest of the team didn't see it coming. But apparently the qtum team aren't worried about working with somebody known to have stolen from and ran away from another project  Huh Huh

Update:

The Qtum Crowdsale is officially sold out

From https://qtum.org/en/blog/the-qtum-crowdsale-is-officially-over

"03-21-2017

The QTUM crowdsale is officially over after 117 hours since it kicked off. The Qtum Foundation would like to thank everyone for the support. This crowdsale would not be successful without you. We understand you put the trust in the Qtum team by participating in the crowdsale, and it will only encourage the team to work even harder to launch the Qtum mainnet as soon as possible. We will make sure that all the BTC and ETH raised in the crowdsale will only be spent on moving the Qtum project forward. The Foundation will put in place internal controls to ensure all expenditures are approved, supported, and external monitoring practices will also be implemented. The next four years will be a tough journey for the team, and we are committed to building Qtum as a global blockchain platform. This is just the beginning."

Huh? Can we see the BTC and ETH addresses for the ICO funds? Where? The team needs to share these if they haven't already. ICO funds and their movements need to be visible and it would instantly clear up any concerns about ghost funding.

Since they held the ICO across multiple exchanges I understand it may take some time to consolidate all the funds into the storage addresses, but once they do that they need to share them.

I need more popcorn, I'm watching the show as investing was not made easy unless you wanted to be verified by a lesser Chinese exchange.

Interested to see what happens when the coin/token gets on other exchanges.

They dont have any proof of those collected btc.
They even want to manipulate the distribution of the tokens, no transparency at all.

Press Update:

Our Lead Developer, Jordan Earls speaks with Themerkle.com

"Considering the Qtum crowdsale has been a major success so far, we took the time to sit down with some of their team members. There are some questions regarding this project and its future, all of which have been answered by Jordan Earls, one of Qtum’s founders. The future of this project looks quite bright, and the interview below sheds a bit more light on what we can expect from Qtum moving forward."

Considering the Qtum crowdsale has been a major success so far, we took the time to sit down with some of their team members. There are some questions regarding this project and its future, all of which have been answered by Jordan Earls, one of Qtum’s founders. The future of this project looks quite bright, and the interview below sheds a bit more light on what we can expect from Qtum moving forward.

TM: Bridging the gap between the best of Ethereum and Bitcoin is a bold goal. Some people may wonder if doing so really requires creating a brand new platform with a native token. How would you explain this thought process to less tech-savvy cryptocurrency enthusiasts?

JE: There are some other ways to combine Ethereum and Bitcoin, however, they have some significant drawbacks, one of the key ones being the lack of a functioning light wallet protocol (SPV) for these modes

TM: Are there specific types of dApps you hope to see realized by using Qtum? If so, who those types of dApps specifically?

JE: Our focus is “Go Mobile” and so one of our big hopes is to have completely decentralized apps that can be run (with a small front end) on mobile devices. Though we are compatible with Ethereum contracts, so we of course support many more use cases than just mobile

TM: What are the team’s expectations for Qtum in terms of academic research?

JE: We have a PhD, Alex Norta, who is managing our academic research, and intend to open multiple academic research offices for Qtum globally

TM: The bitcointalk announcement makes a mention of cooperating with other open source development projects. Have any connections been made in this regard?

JE: No firm connections we can talk about yet, but our hope is to unify the different cryptocurrency communities, by the foundation trading a portion of their Qtum for a portion of the other cryptocurrency’s coins. These tokens that are traded would be accessible by each community. So all Qtum holders would be entitled to a share of these traded tokens, and all of the other cryptocurrency’s holders would be entitled to a share of Qtum

We would like to thank Jordan Earls for taking the time to answer our questions regarding the Qtum project.

I was planning on throwing some money at it when it was at 98% but then I updated the page and it was sold out. What I've seen with a lot of the ICO's coming out this year and last year is that once the project's tokens are sold on Polo, at first, they're typically traded at a lower price than the ICO price. Read the whitepaper a couple months ago, will keep an eye on this one.

I invested in this project, that's why I'm present in this thread, I wonder what you are doing here ruminating the same BS as you were before the ICO, which obviously failed to influence the smart money from investing.

You were here well before you had the chance to invest and anybody can see that by looking at your post history, but nice try.

I'm not even repeating the same things, read my posts. Or was I asking to see the BTC and ETH addresses for the raised ICO funds before they even held the ICO? You idiot. All this talk about smart money, all I am asking for now is to see it. It's beyond easy to show the addresses where the ICO funds are stored, every single project with even a hint of transparency lists those addresses ASAP after an ICO.
