The best and the most working way that you only deposit the desired amount expect your total bankroll the rest of the money should be cashed out to your bank or somewhere from where you cannot just immediately deposit then you can stop your greed, because when you start to lose you deposit the money again and again and in the end you will lose all of your money. So, best option only deposit that amount which you can afford to lose and safe the rest of the money and if you ever lose a big amount then stop betting again you will save your life otherwise, you will lose everything.

It's really hard but try to withdraw 50% of profit from certain time (i mean like every 3 days 50% of profit you withdraw or keep somewhere else).
Although i just end up losing everything then depositing back that "profit" that i made and lose it all too..
You will never resist to see a spare money on a spare time to gamble. People tend to use whatever money it is when you have got addicted to gambling , that is true right? Then i guess your suggestion/ plan won't work smoothly , better to looking for another option. Right this kind of plans to listen very good but in real time no one will follow. While playing gambling nothing will come to your mind everything will be blank. We only concentrate on our winnings. And how we are means if we win also not control our feelings and suppose if we lose also not control. If we get to control when we are in this situation, then we can able to save some money. Yeaaa it is not something new , you have set a plan to break it later . Happened as always get lost in the end when you think you should win . Greedy there is so clear , you want more profit. Or you lost much more bigger because following your emotion/desire. |

Actually, it would be very difficult to control the nerves while playing gambling. Well, if you've played, and have fun in that, all you feel is interest in gambling, and that's very hard to stop.
Stopping the feeling of having an interest in gambling is always like that. We never know that gambling will just always give us the feeling of greediness and that greediness is starting to be in our veins and you will have a very hard time to remove that attitude. Gambling could be a problem for a person if he is really targeting money instead of having fun time. People get greedy once they earn huge amount of money without putting any effort. It really becomes difficult to eradicate gambling from your daily routine once you become addicted to it. You could only take on your nerves and control your greed if you consider your losses and the risk of addiction to such immoral All of the gamblers are going to target for money. Who on Earth will just gamble for fun and will not going to target for money? Even the rich gamblers are always wanting to have a good way of earning money. And this is why many are hurting themselves because of greediness. but i think they do not even stop at their target. when then comes near to their target, they become more greedy and decide to continue further, and therefore they even lost their own invested money in gambling even in trading. and that is all because of their greediness which causes a lot of lost to them. |

There are two seasons for them, the winning season and the losing season. Gamblers are not stopping when it comes to money, they are continuing betting their money no matter what happens, they don't care about the money, what they care is that if they are going to win or not, losing money is just normal to them, that is why the only thing that they are thinking is how to win back the money that they have lost on it, and being greedy is the term for it in short. |

It was really hard especially you are very addicted to gambling. It takes time to control your greed. You need first to practice your self-discipline. Controlling greed will start from yourself. Set a limit for yourself, learn to be patient, accept advices from others that know the lessons about losing on gambling.

We know that through gambling our only target is to earn big profits, greediness is at the people's fault and not in the gambling sites or casinos its their desire to play. I think if you already have more experience in gambling then it'll be much easier for you to play. Challenging themselves that will cost them money? I think greed is the main reason why a lot of people eventually loses money when they are gambling, it's hard to change a greedy person when they are in dire search of money. Maybe attending seminars for greedy people will eventually help.  |

Challenging themselves that will cost them money? Very few people will do that thing, competition is one of the possible reason. It's not about on how much you can earn but it's about on how long you can stay in gambling. If your greediness will not be removed in the right time, you will be losing. Take time on controlling yourself.
I do not see any challenge in gambling. And it is the funniest thing I have ever heard of! You are talking about what kind of competition, who has better luck than other? It is even more ridiculous than the previous one. Staying in gambling totally depends upon how much you earn because you need money in order to gamble. Getting the picture? Greed has nothing to do with victory or defeat but it is a hurdle in the path of self-controlling. |

Maybe attending seminars for greedy people will eventually help. It's correct mate, and definitely many gamblers loses money because of greed and no satisfaction of the winning amount they had. Most of the greedy person tend to lose a lot of money because in their mind they are aggressive to win the huge betting price, but everything will just turns out to frustrations behind all efforts. I think that seminars you are talking about if a person don't decide to change his/her perspective in life regarding that greediness aspects, anyways it's been discussed here; maybe this thread can help to those greedy people. |

Greed is really the the worst thing that can happened to a gambler. If you can't control it, chances are you will never win because you will always feel to need more money. So its really very tempting. Beginners fall into this trap and can't get out because they have lost already and want to recover. While for matured and experience gamblers who have learn to at least control their greed, they will take it as it is and thinking that its not there lucky day and should get out early because they will lose more. |

First of all most people are greedy to begin with however if you are trying to win 100 btc with the lowest possible deposit ever then that is insane. If you try to win 5 btc from 10 btc deposit then that is not really considered as greedy |

It is tempting but if you cant control your greed then you shouldnt be playing at all. First of all most people are greedy to begin with however if you are trying to win 100 btc with the lowest possible deposit ever then that is insane. If you try to win 5 btc from 10 btc deposit then that is not really considered as greedy It can be. If you have the right perspective towards what you're doing. Greed for me in gambling starts when you've won. There's this itch that makes you believe you can do it over and over again, winning more in the process. If you can accept that nothing close to that comes out of gambling, then i think greed can be controlled |

I think the way to control greed on gambling is emotion, because emotions make us out of control when we lose and vice versa when we win in emotional gambling we also get excited because we want to get more.
The only thing that's best is controlling our emotions by enjoying the game and not targeting our gambling advantage.

I think the best way to control your greed is to never start gamble or if you can't control yourself to start to gamble just give yourself a limit. Human is greed. It is already rare that you can win because of the house edge. And when you win, you already know that you are on luck right now so you will naturally think that since you are able to get $100, you will be able to get another $100 and so on. This is the same as stock market also. You will keep pray that the stock price will keep going out so you can earn more and may overbuy with no balance profile. |
