I'm quite fed up of this. If CH cannot fullfil the contracts on date at it's 100%. How am I gonna expect they will fullfil the reinvestment program??

Customer service is a real GEM! I have asked for a refund, you guaranteed functional service by the 10th of Oct. You did not claim supplier issues then, IN FACT you stated in the news letter that we would be @ > 100 TH/s "by the end of the week", then it was 15% OH WAIT we made it to 30%....thud.. Today my "status" is Inactive? I want OUT!

Still no response to request for refund, emailed "customer support" with acct #'s, bitpay receipts, etc. Nothing, I spent 28+ BTC on these worthless contracts which Emanuel guaranteed would be at full hash by NO LATER then Oct. 10th 2013. We were to have access to the GUI which would show live-time stats and give access to the "private 0% pool". NONE of this has happened, NOT 1 GD thing he has said in 2 newsletters has been accomplished and NOW they have supplier issues, BS. The 16th is Wednesday how much do you want to bet they are late or have some crap excuse for NOT making the first payout for September contracts.

We will for now be paying by-weekly. The next scheduled payout date is Tuesday 16th of October. Once the mining pool is fully operational, we will switch to the daily payment method.

for the people who are really serious about CH, please a little patience.  come december if it's the same, we can act.  right now it is a good time to research on how to file a lawsuit vs them for not honoring their contracts and false advertising.

you guys should stop whining and do some research on what to do in case everything doesn't go well.  which lawyer to get, how much you can get out of them, etc...

Many of US have thought to do exactly what CH wants to do, it is a great concept. Me and my group decided NOT to do so because of the difficulty and manufacturer delays, because UNLIKE CH we planned to WAIT until our cloud was functional BEFORE selling the contracts and could not find a funding source with the patience to wait > 180 for ROI. If you want to be paid to manage a cloud you had best know how to setup and run a cloud. These gentlemen are proving just how little planning and research they have done.

I'm not customer of CH but what I can tell  is that, tokeweed is one of them., or got better deal for calming crowd down. people who paid want opt out, they can't. they asking question, they don't get answers. obvious delays was taken in consideration when "contracts" was on sale. can CH deliver full power? seems not, backlog of BTC pille up for customers and unfortunatelly for CH difficulty is.going up not down. no chance for CH to repay what was lost already. good business model. if I was behaving like CH in my work like that I would end up in jobcenter...I'm not against CH but against treating people like live wallets. good day.

That's my point of view. for.some.reason only u trying to calm down at least 3 different pwople who want their refund.  trolls? anyone who is against is automatically troll? or hypocrite? answer to that. if I was CH customer who cannot opt out without valid reason for breaching of.contract, I would pay that silly 60 quid and would fill a claim against them. than i would post result here. trust me this way avalanche of claims would be sorted within a week of receiving another claims from different users. maybe i wrong, but if they got some reimbursement for delay, they should announce it, not keep it secret. it looks.like they buying more time to earn more and probably to disappear with all that cash in hand. they acting like BFL and others who fail but still wins. people are stupid if they still thinking of making any money from them. better of is to buy BTC and just trade it on exchange. atleast BTC would be in possesion. nothing is free in this world now, specialy free BTC served by CH

   well they have not been very good.  but most ASIC COMPANIES SUCK  they over sell over promise and under deliver.


 I do not blame CH any more.   I blame buyers like myself of anything that is not an in hand item.


  I am still a winner at btc , but frankly I will no longer buy anything from anyone that is not in hand.

 1) BFL =  I lose   534 usd

 2)Cloudhashing = I lose  717usd  in   135 usd back.

 3) Bit fury usb sticks = an asked amount for a  refund paid to me I got back 17 of 20.4 btc.  I figure 85% is better then 0%

 4) bit fury 95 days wait a full refund

 5) a knc group buy 7.5 btc in ? back this may work.

 6) a different knc group buy 10 btc in ? back this may work.

That's an interesting service. Another one I've found is ADDICTION on bitfunder (although if you're US-based, bitfunder will stop working for you soon, so don't buy). Shares in ADDICTION go for about 0.006BTC each right now, and each share is worth 1/12400 of a Jupiter, which is about 500GH/s (the Jupiters were each split into 124 shares in GroupBuy1, and each GroupBuy1 share converted into 100 ADDICTION shares, so 124000). GroupBuy1 is hashing already, so you get the dividends when they're paid. They host for 2 years (hosting costs are deducted from dividends).  yep this is the bottom line asic builders  have really tarnished btc with countless bad slow deliveries.  

 I was lucky with gpus so I stick around,   but sooo many slow deliveries  cancels etc will kill this off.

 this thread is long but the seller gave me 17 btc back on 20.4 btc which was a loss that i was willing to do.  partially offset by a rise in btc price my real loss was about 260 usd   just under 2 btc.


If you read the cloud hashing thread you will see that CH is in deep and whether he is a good guy or a bad guy remains to be seen..  I do not think any investor will do well with CH. myself included.

 I am about 578-600 usd in the hole with this contract.  If CH had been perfect I still would have lost money due to the explosion of hash but Instead of 578-600 I would be about 300-325   usd in the hole...   So in a magic perfect world with no wrong ever happening  Ch would say it is cool phil here is the 300 or so I screwed up..

  I take things relative.  I have to go for a second skin cancer operation on Halloween .  Last year my face this year my back and I am lucky my grandmother died from it (Norwegian skin is not good with the sun)  My mom has had 7 operations.  My doctor told me the next ten years I may have 3 or 4 more.  So a small loss of 500-600 max I can live with it.
