Well I'm sure that ETH will survive, there are already so many (successful) projects that run on their platform.
Then I'm sure that Mobile Go, if and whenever they decide to begin, could become THE currency of mobile gamers.
I also see Salt becoming the number one alternative of banks giving their tokens high value.
Atlant because real estate is one of the biggest markets on the planet - people will always need a place to live in.
Guts, because they have the solution to fake ticket sale and I can see every concert and event tickets being sold on their platform.
Kyber because they are one of the first decentraliyed exchanges and the whole point of cryptocurrencies and blockchain is the decentralized system.

I have a feeling some cryptos might just be used for transferring funds simple because the transfer fees are cheaper, a lot of people now and just converting to alts and then transferring their funds to other exchanges. Sooner than later transfer times are going to become smaller I hope and fees will become smaller but as for now, when transferring I always convert to an alt first. Saves a ton of money. That's why you will still see a lot of alts survive due to this back and forth movement.

That's right! People use alts to save a lot of money when doing transfers. They're much cheaper than Bitcoin in fees, and some are even faster than the original cryptocurrency. Due to this reason, many altcoins will survive in the market for a very long time. But, if Bitcoin becomes highly popular with its Lightning Network, then it could bring back the attention from people into alts back into Bitcoin itself. Once this happens, altcoins' prices will decline massively, and Bitcoin's dominance in the market will rise back up again like it used to be in its early days.

While there are some features that are unique to altcoins (which are difficult to implement in Bitcoin), the original cryptocurrency will remain as king of crypto in the long run. Despite all this, there will be a few promising altcoins like Ethereum, Monero, and Bitshares, which will survive in the future no matter what. Wink

Bitcoin Will Survive. That's true. Altcoins are now in the amount of about 900. Of them will survive 10 percent. In my opinion it will be Litecoin, Ripple, Ethereum.

Altcoins will only die  if exchanges stop listing them...  as long as its listed people will try to pump and dump anything,  eaving others bag holding and waiting for the next  pump that might never come  Shocked Cool

It is more risky indeed to use altcoins and yet you can win a jackpot   if you invest in the right one (the problem is that it's not easy to decide which one will lead to good future). And yet altcoins can draw one's attention in terms of investments. You may take a  good and trusted casino and invest in, say, ltc bankroll.

according to my understanding, the altcoin that will survive in the future is ethereum. because ethereum enthusiasts are increasing every year. and also many ICOs that make ethereum their platform. so it is likely that ethereum will continue to survive in the future for a very long time.

It is hard to predict, some subcoins go into the market by doing a great deal of shit, and they are crashed without filling the week and playing losses on the market. Some of them enter the market in very small quantities, and a certain resistance rises to the amounts we can not even imagine.

Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin

I think that actually a big part of altcoins will successfully enter another era of economics. World needs various blockchain solutions that's why they will be OK.

it is safe to say that in the future there will be many altcoins that exist on the market that will survive. I think that if you take the top 100 altcoins - they will all continue to exist in the future.

Only coins survive that will really work and help people in real life. For example, a payment system that will work with cryptocurrency and help pay it in stores

It will be quiet difficult to predict which of the Altcoins can survive or not. Personally, i think the coins of good projects stands a higher chance of surviving than the others. if the project has a great ideology, people will definitely get interested in it and that will contribute to popularizing the coins.

If you want to invest for a long time - buy bitcoin or ethereum. This will lead to a better choice. After 5 years, bitcoin will cost a lot

I think that the Binance will survive. Even with such a market as it is now, it does not change much in price

It is a very difficult question to answer. There are scenarios in which not a single altcoin will survive...In others - 60-80% of them will be fine.
