Not really, and not all the time. Some people become more and more productive because of technology.

But OP wants to know the effect of those video games that he is playing. Probably he is playing those games like Dota. I see some teens who are playing this game and I saw them shouting at each other and even fight each other in real life just because of their game. Probably there is something with that game that makes them feel stress when the other ones strategy is not right. I do believe that those could really affect the attitude of a teen. Watching some videos too, some may copy their gestures.

True with that. And even though I'm one of the so called millennials of the 21st century, I agree that technology is not a good thing. I'm currently experiencing addiction and I'm telling you, it's hard to stop. It's the same thing when someone is trying to get rid of their addiction to drugs. And even though technology was created to be as close as possible to our loved ones who are miles away from you, using technology between people who are just inches away from you created a big wall between the two of you and lengthens the distance of your relationship. I'd bet that even though gadgets and technology gives us happiness, there's still an empty space in your heart that can't be filled. You'll be stuck wondering why such void in your heat exists even after living a peaceful life and having everything you wanted.
