We cant live without technology.however too much of it can be bad for people. Spending too much time on social media can affect our social life and sometimes they use it to hurt other.

Technology change everything. Look at kids these days. They play on their ipads whole day. They are relying more on technology. Me, when i was child. I always play on our backyard with my friends. And thats makes me feel so happy. Im just playing all day with my friends. And this is what i want for my kids when im gonna have a family. I want to make them feel how happy the chialdhood is.

Yes that was a healthy lifestyle for the kids to play outside with their friends, I also did this when I was a lil boy. Playing games using gadgets could cause some serious issue with their eyesight, especially if they became very addicted to it and became sleep deprived,   for sure if they became atleast 20 years old they might require to use eye glasses because of poor eyesight.

completely agree with you...all what are excessive are harmful...and the use of technology too much leads to problems...but in general technologies are great, they make our life more convenient and more interesting
