I moved here yesterday from NH looking for same profit. My 30+ L3+ shows roughly 5 times less than few days ago on NH. May be I wrong somewhere in setup? What is actual difficulty for L3+ ?

before disconnecting it, check your wallet page on the site and note the difficulty its currently at so it is known (assuming its has 1+hour of uptime)

do a google search for "zpool L3 diff"; that's how id find your answer.

compare it to your auto-diff.  if close;  auto diff is fine and its just luck in shares.


I have a steady hashrate on my machines;  and every now and then for a day or sometimes a week;  profitability via hashrate drops... it has always just been a bad string of luck in shares.

min payout gets changes every once in a while is on the main zpool.ca site.
right now its:
Payouts are made automatically every 2 hours for all balances above 0.01 and balances more than 0.0025 are paid on Sunday evening. DCR requires min of 0.025 before payout will occur.

FYI, paying you in LTC relies on the pool finding LTC blocks to pay you out of.

Typically the first block you get a chunk of, if the pool doesn't have enough to pay you, you must wait for more to be found.  Its a complicated system, but there are alerts about getting paid in an altcoin on the zpool.ca homepage.

put a support ticket, if it happens quick enough, he can swap payout currency to BTC.

also, try generating a new RX address, and see if it has a problem with BCH again...

All you have to do is connect your miner and get one-2 shares, then view the wallet page, it will say it at the top on the payout totals table, it will say BTC or BCH.

Ive asked him about this scenario before, and found out that its the pool code having a mind of its own sometimes.  completely unexplainable as to why it will sometimes default/change to BCH.

Actually, don't see it as trolling either.  Jaerin is being ignored.  I am also interested in this bug being fixed if it helps us all get 20% more profit.  I mean, why not?  It also benefits the pool owner, too.

I respect what you're doing, crackfoo, and I'm an avid miner on your pool, but AFAIK, you haven't addressed Jaerin directly about this issue, and when you finally did, it's calling him a troll.  Doesn't sit well.  Perhaps you're responding to those who says you're scamming them.  I think it's a misunderstanding.  If the 20% "fee" people are seeing is actually just a bug (sounds like the code is selling at the lowest possible rate to get a quick sell), then it's not really a scam.  I know things can get emotional, and people calling you a scammer will shut you down from listening to other people.

However, if it's just an innocent thing like a bug, it can be fixed.  I've seen you respond to people who are calling you scammers, but I haven't seen you respond to the legit posts of the code in question (from people like Jaerin).

So just to get the record straight, what IS your thoughts on this bug?  You you be implementing a fix when YIIMP adds Jaerin's fix?

IMHO It wasn't meant to belittle or denigrate him, he is simply fed up giving the same answers to Jaerin over and over again.... and is now being more curt and concise in his statement to him as I see it.

Anyways;  if the update happens on the main github release;  I am sure it will be applied as an update.... until then;  it is what it is.  I am sure crackfoo caries this sentiment.

My spot calcs so far have still been in acceptable bounds personally, and profitability is as expected... so in my eyes, its not a major issue to me and doesn't hurt my profitability.

Over and over again?  I haven't posted in this thread in months.  When I did come back I posted the FIX to the bug in question and left it at that.  There was no response or answer given about the bug so I posted an answer to a question about the earnings being lower than expected with the POSSIBLE conclusion that it was related to the bug I posted and left it at that.  I even quoted Crackfoo to accurately point out that there was an exchange fee that wasn't reported on the site when it was in question by the thread upto that point to make sure they were accurately informed of how the pool operates.  Where is the dead horse that I've been beating exactly?  Where have I been dragging this out when it was 2 posts in months about it, and one of them was the actual fix for it.

I never suggested anyone not mine here.  I never claimed anyone was scamming or that there was any malicious intent at all.  So what exactly is the trolling?  We shouldn't point out potential bugs in the code and suggest fixes?  All the people reporting when stratums are having problems are trolling too?  I don't know about you, but I'd think that is maybe thinking that you would be helping the pool run better and more accurately.

I am using awesome miner. The problem I get is that when it switches to an algo using sgminer-5.6.1-nicehash-51-windows-i386_1 or sgminer-gm-5.5.4_1 the miner fails to start and gives the following error as per diagnostic screen of awesome miner

As per the error message - it can find no usable devices so you are probably better off asking on a thread dedicated to sgminer or awesome miner, but I would start by looking at the versions of video drivers and supporting software.

I am using awesome miner. The problem I get is that when it switches to an algo using sgminer-5.6.1-nicehash-51-windows-i386_1 or sgminer-gm-5.5.4_1 the miner fails to start and gives the following error as per diagnostic screen of awesome miner

The network hashrate on LTC (so probably other scrypt coins as well) has tripled since 1st dec (was 32Ghs, now nearly 100Ghs) - blame bitmain for releasing so many L3+...!

Diff should make NO difference to rewards - it purely alters how often your miner submits a share so reduces network traffic, the submitted shares are multiplied by the diff to get Diff1 equivalent shares.  teh pool will have a target rate for share submission so will alter your diff to manage that.

I'm mining X11 with an antminer. I  Like the pool.  But there's a problem.  Every few hours or hour the pool drops dead only briefly.  I get switched to a backup pool for 5 minutes before reconnect is established, cgminer.   I suspect server issues are causing this?  Fixable?  It seems to happen to a lot of miners because I see the pool hash rate drop and then pickup 5 minutes later.

Just wondering what is going on if you know.  Progress to solutions, if any.

This never happens in the other pool, smooth and steady, but  generating slightly less.

I'm mining X11 with an antminer. I  Like the pool.  But there's a problem.  Every few hours or hour the pool drops dead only briefly.  I get switched to a backup pool for 5 minutes before reconnect is established, cgminer.   I suspect server issues are causing this?  Fixable?  It seems to happen to a lot of miners because I see the pool hash rate drop and then pickup 5 minutes later.

Just wondering what is going on if you know.  Progress to solutions, if any.

This never happens in the other pool, smooth and steady, but  generating slightly less.

Im having the same issue, an at the same interval, many shares lost cause of that microshutdown as i see on my kernel from my D3
You know how Antminer reacts when connection is lost, FANs went to max loud speed and then looks to changes to next pool available.
Thats annoying especially at midnight lol.

I'm mining X11 with an antminer. I  Like the pool.  But there's a problem.  Every few hours or hour the pool drops dead only briefly.  I get switched to a backup pool for 5 minutes before reconnect is established, cgminer.   I suspect server issues are causing this?  Fixable?  It seems to happen to a lot of miners because I see the pool hash rate drop and then pickup 5 minutes later.

Just wondering what is going on if you know.  Progress to solutions, if any.

This never happens in the other pool, smooth and steady, but  generating slightly less.

Im having the same issue, an at the same interval, many shares lost cause of that microshutdown as i see on my kernel from my D3
You know how Antminer reacts when connection is lost, FANs went to max loud speed and then looks to changes to next pool available.
Thats annoying especially at midnight lol.

Now switching to Prohashing as primary pool... looks smooth, i hope profit would be better too.

Yea, I gave zpool a try for a few days and averaged next to nothing on my l3+.  Tried to ask what was up here, no response.  Both Prohash and/or a simple pool are getting much better results.  Could be zpool server issues still?

I am mining on multipoolminer with my GTX1070s, mainly Lyra2r2 and neoscrypt, miners show hashrates around 280 MH/s and 8 MH/s respectively. But stats on my wallet page are much worse (100 MH/s and 5 MH/s) revenue is also lower than expected. Any ideas?
