You are right but there would be a dump at the start with some rise, first from investors who had the higher multiplier and also do include the bounty participants.After this, we can expect a natural rise in the price and as you said 30k would be floor price from then onwards.

I think he has no right information about that because if we saw and base on their timeline that has been postponed it is 3 months the first month is its test net and the last is launching but we are delayed so i think it would be November onwards or probably next year .

Thats what im talking about the schedule of testnet in their roadmap is on July 2017 and so the possible launch of site is on September or october but because of the delay the test net will be held on October 4 like you said so in my calculation tracking a 3 months from july to september and october into december will be the possible launch and opening it to public.

I don't remember which comes first though. Isn't Exscudo the first before Qtum. Exscudo do have everything indeed, I think they also cover what TenX can. This is perhaps the reason they get to have more delays when it comes to releasing, mainnet always takes time because they have to reset again every test.
