We know you have been waiting for a long time to know when our testnet is launched. Finally, the news is here: EON blockchain testnet will be launched on October,4!

Why delay?

There are several reasons. The most important one was mentioned before, and it is security. We want our product to be literally bulletproof, therefore we need some more time to test all the possible vulnerabilities. Basically, there are three things for us to fix before the launch to be sure that everything will proceed smoothly.

    Internal testing. System testing is never less difficult that its development. What our devs are doing now can be described as a “stress test” for EON blockchain. Within our system we need to check every possible option to be sure it is really safe and nothing will happen to it in future, especially against the background of recent events.

    Developer documentation development. We are also preparing clear descriptions of functions and their usability for developers, that will be published on our website.

    Code refactoring. We are looking for a really beautiful code. First, because it will be released on Github (also on October,4) and it should be readable and understandable for everyone interested in programming. Then, we want it to be extensible and easy to maintain, so our devs could  fix bugs and improve net capabilities in a very short time.

We will launch the testnet first with the minimum of functions. After that every week or even more often we will add more functions. With this interactive approach we will be able to check all of them with the same scrutiny.

You haven't seen many projects then. I'm sure nobody here is happy about it but, most aren't screaming at the top of their lungs. We understand the need for the delay. The projects that launch on time seem to spend months fixing the things they should have fixed BEFORE launching. Do you really need to sell so badly that you can't wait 60 days? Perhaps you aren't cut out for crypto investing, think about it... 

Oh, and loose the word "scam" it really doesn't have much meaning anymore and just looks and sounds cheap. If you really need to make public accusations, please use more intelligent language.

I told pretty OBVIOUS - there was a statement that test net will be launched in July. On the 4th of July exactly. And it was stated BEFORE ICO was even finished. You try to tell me that the devs didnt know about how long everything will take in the first place???

4th of July -> then delay till august -> then delay till september -> then delay till october.

Do you really think, that we should believe in this stupid story about some safety measures?? Well maybe YOU believe in such things. I - do not.

And yeah, when Devs reschedule their initial roadmap every month and keeps feeding us with some made-up excuses - I start to think that in the end, it could turns out that project never existed in the first place. And turns to be a scam. And I DIDNT say that it is a scam right now. But such thoughts came to my mind after 4 month delay. And NOBODY can be sure right now, that 4th of october will be a final date, cause us for me, all the trust I had to this team just disappeared right now.

Delay is part of development when any team trying to bring something unique product in market. But strong hands always will remain strong with this project even that is hard situation but in the end this platform will be launched and this wait worth to it.

If you didn't invest much, don't scream out loud. It is normal for project to be delayed. Just like every project you invest, there is a great chance it will not succeed. Understand your risk before investing. We are early investors, we must continue to show support to give the team the moral to continue to develop. Screaming at the dev team will not create any value. Hope you learn your lesson and don't invest in ICO.

People should understand that Exscudo is not just an ordinary blockchain application. It is a suite where multiple applications are rolled into one .  So each department has to be developed by team members and tbh it is not an easy task.

If you didn't invest much, don't scream out loud. It is normal for project to be delayed. Just like every project you invest, there is a great chance it will not succeed.
