Its usually asked for those users who will make transactions using credit cards and bank wires. If you don't do that, I think you're just going ot be fine. You aren't the only who are worried about privacy which is why people aren't going to engage when it comes to sites asking documents and KYCs.

Before the beginning of the year 2018, EXSCUDO on exhanges should not be expected, and in general, most likely they will first come out on their own exchange, and only then it will be seen the full picture...
