It is a fact that exscudo has been developing its own exchange that Will soon launching , there is probably less priority for exscudo to be listed on popular exchanges.

He don't have real team who can build it, only "internet friends and advisors". Even if he will hire somebody to make some kind of prototype of his idea

Can a further shift be justified? Take a look at d initial extension.

Launch of main net - end of August
