seriously puzzled by the selling pressure, oh well more for me.

Someone wants to short on Finex I think...

more like, someone wants to cover their short at the best possible price, before it is too late.

monkey says the next 3 hours look grim.

I'm gonna have to put you on ignore. That monkey nonsense is annoying as hell.

I know it's hard to believe some people want to let their bitcoins go, but it happens. I mean the 51% business, and the auction are enough for some selling. It feels similar to the front run on China fud, which was for the most part just a game of whack a mole with deposit method and chains.

Just do your part and drink a 24 of beer.

Man, this non stop dumping...

Hilarious isn't it? Kinda pathetic though.

No big deal. I wasn't planning on spending any satoshis tonight. They don't take bitcoin for beer at the Skydome and I won't be stopping at Grossman's Tavern where they do accept Bitcoin.

Maybe I'll stop in at Bitcoin Decentral on the way down and buy some while the price is artificially low.

Every day's a good day to buy more bitcoins.

The dumping is not really that bad actually. It is the lack of buying which is causing the decrease. Stamp and finex each have about 10k volume and btce has 5k...

some known early adopters are dumping, and many  other adopters/investors/developers are slowly losing faith (one of them speaking), Bitcoin needs another bubble ASAP, bubbles are the only thing keeps Bitcoin ongoing.

Well the price on localbitcoins is always a bit higher because sales take a while there usually and the sellers do not want to risk a sudden price increase leaving them unable to rebuy.

But, a blind auction means that people can not see the other bets, and people who want to really buy a lot of bitcoins without risking to lose their money on an exchange (especially after the mt gox fiasco) may actually bid more than what bitcoins are worth on bitstamp, just to be sure to get the bitcoins.

I am 95% sure we will see a price above the current bitstamp price. And i expect it to be at least 5% higher.

But not much more than 20% or so, most likely.

That still leaves a range of about 612 to 700 or so

I agree. Opinion is divided on this. Some will think it is a fast, safe way to get a large amount of bitcoins. If they do, the lower bids will not be relevant.

Market will not move further till this auction finish, this auction really pushing market downside so whale will buy Silkroad coin more cheaper.

I read they are going to be sold at least on or above the market price. Nobody's getting anything cheaper.
Also anybody buying these aren't just going to dump it next day, they are smarter than that.

How real is volume that is generated by 0% fees? We have to account for that.
Personally, I've only observed Bitstamp leading and Huobi following it reluctantly. I don't know why some perceive the opposite.
Well, despite of 0% fees, the trading is not completely free for traders: there is still some slippage.

You are losing faith because you won't be able to 10x your money in a few months?
