Er, the facts (if we believe the leaked database) are only that "Markus" and "Willy" bought a lot of coins, and those buys caused the price to rise at MtGOX.

The Report claims that those buys were the cause of the October-November bubble, but that is not a clear conclusion.  My interpretation of the charts is that the October pre-bubble rise (from 120$ to 200$) was caused by a surge in demand at BTC-China, and the November bubble proper (from 200$ to 1200$) by a bigger surge of demand at Huobi, OKCoin, and BTC-China (and possibly at other Chinese exchanges whose history is still unavailable).

In that case "Markus" and "Willy" were not driving the bubble, but only bringing it to MtGOX, by doing arbitrage: buying coins at MtGOX (possibly with non-existent money) and selling them in the Chinese exchanges.

I am not all that surprised...we just saw 30k coins go at auction to one buyer.. it left many stunned, I believe. If they're looking for no slippage avenues to get coins that was quite a missed opportunity. I feel as we're so bullish we're not seeing much upwards pressure unless we get some bigger walls.

is this similar sort of price movement compared to post November bubble? cos for someone who hasnt been through a bubble its god damn nerve wrecking thinking "shit is it guna flop?".

Well it's a bit different cause there was no big crash like when silkroad closed. November was my first bubble, and I started feeling really bored. Then price started to go up. Few dollars each day. Then like 10 bucks per day, and I was thinking 'holy shee!'.
Then came a week when everyday I woke up to a new 3 digit level.
It's the best feeling ever.

I know this feel.

wow that must feel amazing! i bet you lept out of bed every morning the second you knew you were awake, like i mean standing before you opened your eyes, to run and check the price lol (or just grab your smart phone if ya had one at the time) lol i know i would, not sure if i could sleep actually if that started happening. daily life would revolve around watching btc rise. who needs showers when your making a fortune sitting on the couch in your thong spider man briefs boxers. lol

Willy might have helped, but I can't believe it singlehandedly caused the whole bubble.
Also because there were other bubbles before November.

My guess is its a bot splitting up a larger market order in to tinier pieces. This does not look natural at all.
