Could notlambchop be TERA's alter ego??

 Shocked

Not a chance. TERA was a master trader and I wish she was still here. I learned a lot from her.

Didn't Tera make some terrible trades on btc-e in the past few months? Like 75% loss

One of TERA's last posts was where s(he) bragged of buying 10 bitcoins at $550/each, saying something like "thanks for the cheap coins suckas!"  And posted the transaction log to prove it.  Then shortly thereafter completely disappeared from the forum.

TERA was a dweeb and definitely no shark trader.

Amazing that a worldwide exchange market can just be completely stopped from all trading whatsoever by a few whales.

Is that what's happening here?

No, it makes so much more sense that all trading on all exchanges worldwide comes to a complete screeching halt for several days... that just so happens to coincide with just prior to the USMS auction.

(yes that is sarcasm)

I'm sorry. I'm not familiar with this concept.

Edit: is it like Martingale?

And so, the time has finally come when the Auction will take place today to get those stolen coins sold to a big millionaire for him to recover his losses all of a sudden by giving those coins to him at a steep discount.

How much do you guys think will be the winning bid for the given amount of coins based on the flat market and the price still staying between $365-$390?

I have a scenario in my mind:
The Chinese may fuck up BTC just for today dumping it for Tim Uncle to get in lower, then pump it up to steal innocent people's BTC, so beware and stand still with your coins, don't give them to anybody... Wink Cheers...

Confused about what part is sarcasm... Anyway, the daily trading volume on all exchanges has been higher than ever for the last two months, and has not abated over the last few days.  The price has not been particularly stable either; compare to Aug 01--10, Sep 5--15, ...

I remember roughly this time last year... It was so much fun speculating on what the next gif on BitCoinity.org would be as BTC rocketed through each $100 increment on its way to the (current) ATH price....

Good times...

Either the price of btc rises significantly in the next 24 months or it fails.

Why? The bitcoin network can run on 3 Tibetan monks with abacuses.

I think it's impossible to get difficulty down to that level within 24 months.

Hmm, you may need to revise that; you most certainly underestimate 3 Tibetan monks with abacuses! Grin
