BAKKT maybe because we’re not going to see an ETF approval any time soon.

I think it’s far more likely the next bull run approaches us slowly/gradually in around a years time as the next halving becomes close.

The bull run of 2017 started with slow increases as we approached the last halving. It’s a slow, measured approach. There was a fight for position around 250-300 USD for ages before we started a slow climb up in late 2015.

Ethereum has lost a lot of credibility this year, lots of ICOs moved away from it and its price crashed hard.
If it (finally) fixes its scalability problem, it can be good for many projects and for the whole market.
