It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Every year I buy candy for Halloween. I've never had a single kid come to my door. The parents around here must be checking the sexual offender list.

^ lfc ?fell off list?

In a sig campaign - can’t wear one atm. 0.01BTC a week, I know it’s not a lot but money is money!
It ends in 3 weeks & no guarantee it’ll be extended so if it’s not I will be in the HAT gang!
I'm in a campaign too but luckily the avatar isn't required, my issue is Lutpin pays as regularly as it rains on the sun.

Jeez, I had to leave 777Coin. Lutpin goes AWOL. They didn’t pay us for 12 weeks once.
Yeah that was the last time he paid and it's been 5 weeks since then, I'm not sure what he's doing but my annoyance is that he doesn't communicate. Like let me know why your 3 weeks late on payment don't ghost me like I was a one night stand.

If he wasn’t on DT he wouldn’t get away with it. Something must be happening in his RO, he’s rarely ever online which is very sad etc but somebody else should take over from him then. I think he’s ‘running’ 3 campaigms.

Do and of you guys margin trade shitcoins? If so what exchange have you guys been trading on? I need something to do during down time at work.

PS. The forum is fuck as hell this morning for posting.

Why don't you take such alt coin trading topic to another forum thread?  There are a lot of forum threads about that off topic, topic.
Are you serious? The topic in here is the wall price yet we openly talk about hats, Englands fucking political movements and spamming Theymos to get back into hacked accounts. What are you on about with off topic? It was at least crypto related.

^^^Kingcolex has a point. Smiley

https://medium.com/@zackvoell/sorry-bitcoin-is-still-anarchist-3e995d2fbbf1
In ten years, Bitcoin has matured from a tinker toy for cypherpunks into a global financial network that services dictators, democrats, revolutionaries, the alt-right, disadvantaged entrepreneurs and financial industry titans. Bitcoin’s user-identity agnosticism leads some pundits to mistakenly conclude that Bitcoin has evolved into an apolitical and domesticated technology such that its anarchist origins are relevant only as historical context for IBM’s tomato tracker.

These enduring misconceptions deserve a brief rebuttal with the hope of preventing other users from interfacing with a technology they misunderstand. Bitcoin is aggressively anarchist, un-domesticable and always will be. (Note: I’m not an anarchist.)

Fun fact if you're buying a house in the US you can't use legally obtained cash sourced from a Bitcoin exchange. None of the lenders have systems in place to accept it as a source of funds. Make sure you have had the cash funds 75 days prior to this. I know have to resource funds to close a house and am struggling.

Dont buy a house on chinese territory?

Soo......

Anyone here looking at Tim Berners-Lee's Solid project?

Upon early exposure, I am intrigued enough to consider sinking some time into studying it.

Decentralizing the web is going to become necessary. The only way to take power from maoist busybodies is to take it from them.
