This remember
the thing mutates
and there is suggestion that the second round kills you deader than shit
I read that corona viruses are stable and not prone to mutate, unlike the flu. I don't believe "the second will kill you" rumors, haven't read that in any reputable paper. let's hope I don't know shit, just a monkey with a keyboard here AFAIK two strains, named L and C (or S?). The older one is more severe. This is normal with viruses that hardly* mutate. They don't want to kill the host, for optimal spread. SO each new mutations should be less dangerous to the host organism. *Sure, they mutate quite fast and often, but only in genetic "sections" or properties that don't matter much. Like humans, everyone got a nose, two eyes... just the color and shape varies. This is why a vaccine, once found and tested, will work against all strains of SARS-CoV-2. Science shit, according to real virus experts.

I don't believe so... they are highly recombinant. "It is likely that these viruses will continue to emerge and to evolve and cause both human and veterinary outbreaks owing to their ability to recombine, mutate, and infect multiple species and cell types." You can't be. It's against the algorithm. Besides, I said I'd rather be dead. Make it so. Hopefully no one (algorithm or not) implied that you were going to cooperate. Snapshot of previously seemingly similarly situated very vocal peep. likely Sucks to be you...tourist-murist -

Guys, I'm not at all religious, but I certainly don't appreciate where this is going. Like, for real? You have to be shitting me.
I prefer to drop dead right now - than to physically mark me in any way, against my will - like sheep. Do wake the fuck up. It is matter of freedom. This what is really tested. I don’t have time to trace back up the thread. Is this being seriously discussed somewhere, or is it just some stupid Internet idea? It smells like the latter: Bullshit. But the way things are going... For the record, I will kill anybody who tries to mark my body in any way. I mean that literally. If it’s the last thing I do. For I was not born to be a slave.
To all the panickers: YOU ARE CREATING A WORLD THAT IS NOT WORTH LIVING IN. I do not say that only for myself. I mean it on behalf of future generations. Life is short, no matter what; I am not afraid of death. I fear leaving behind a world where all future generations will subsist as slaves to an inescapable tyranny, forever. A world where everybody is bodily tracked and controlled like packaged meat for the purpose of “tracking the spread of the virus” is a world where it would be better if all mankind had gone extinct from Black Plague. “Wake the fuck up” is a good way to put it.

The paper gives a good overview over CoV's in general.

Now, the word is going around that it originally started in September and a few people who had nasty "flu" in late 2019 might have had CV instead.
I usually don't get sick at all, but last year around this period, I had a flu like no other. It was like the cough insisted for a month after a full treatment cycle. My parents also got it, whilst living in another city. Some friends too. ONE fucking YEAR AGO. Icygreen I think it was, reported something similar a couple of months back (not in Vietnam, before). Suspected as far back as beginning-mid November in my immediate circles, other cases in December and January, some severe. A truck driver friend in central Canada was hospitalized on a respirator Jan 10th with all the symptoms with 9+ week recovery and lung scarring. No previous conditions, not confirmed covid-19, they tested blood twice but think tests were not accurate during this time. Its quite possible that this has been in the wild much longer than reported.

We have just moved to "Day 3" in the pandemic section of the Complete Book of Survival.

Marking the body-maybe not, or rather, heck no, but I would not mind concert-like bracelet that effectively says: "immune mofo" if/when I am. You fellas never been to a concert or game where you have to wear a cheap bracelet attesting that you paid? No need to give anything to non-immune, just to immune. In fact, this might become a necessity if and when we have a vaccine in order to determine who should get it vs who don't need to. A very agreeable article, thanks.
