2. Oh my god.... bitcoin was 30k, I bought hoping one day the price will hit 100K, but i am also happy will 30K now. Now the price is 12k shit!

it does not really work that way, but for some imaginary purposes...OK.
owning company stock does
not make you a company owner, unless you own 50%+1.
you are just a minority shareholder and your rights are last in the queue if the company goes down.
as a minority shareholder you have no rights to the company other assets, again, unless there is a bankruptcy, and you are the last in line, usually getting nothing or close to nothing.
TL;DR no, WB does not own any bitcoin in the scenario described above.
Technically, you are correct, yet Buffet does own bitcoin exposure when he invests in companies that have really high bitcoin ownership.. and sure there could be some disagreement regarding whether he knowingly wanted to get exposure and there also may be disagreement regarding how much bitcoin exposure Buffet got from the shares that he bought in a company (or various companies) that have high bitcoin exposure (or high bitcoin ownership or various other kinds of investments that the company(ies) might make in the bitcoin-related space).
