It has been many years, and Gary is still not sure whether Ethereum should be classified as a security or a commodity.  

I think he's absolutely sure that meth is a security.  Anyone can see that it is a security (roadmap, staking, pre-sale, devs deciding,  etc).

I guess he's afraid to pull the plug and take the blame.  He knows there is a lot of money involved and maybe he wants to get a clear signal by tptb (his handlers) first...

I was going with the idea that most  adult males fall in the five to seven zone.

Given the choice of same size you have now, but perfectly maintainable always works and delivers the goods if is far better than a ten that fails more than 50%

I'd say it really depends.  There will be some with a 5 who would sacrifice 50% of maintainability, when they can get a 10 to perform with the remaining 50%
