bitsimple.com is live no one has to use an exchange again! btw this is the new fastcash4bitcoins.com edit, there is even news! http://www.coindesk.com/tangible-cryptography-raises-600000-for-bitcoin-sales-portal/ So what's wrong with this current quote from Bitsimple? You only get one guess. BUY PRICE: $789.64 SELL PRICE: $822.12Still waiting for my activation code via email and yes, I did check spam folder, lol. the price is not wrong. yes, you pay a bit more for this service but it is fast, as in you can get the money in a few hours. not weeks or months. this is so much better than gox or coinbase. plus you can buy and immediately sell for profit. I think you guys are missing the point. It's listed backwards. You can BUY at $822 currently, not sell. Think of the nice quick and easy arb play if a buy price is less than a sell price...

Leaves me unimpressed. Not for international users. Advertising AMD GPUs to mine bitcoins. Mentioning BFL in their FAQ. Boy this is so 2012

EDIT: meaning payments for anything I´ve just read that google is also thinking about bitcoin as payment method. But its not official. Anybody else waiting for an January 31st price drop because of China? I´ve also readed that FIAT is collapsing soon and a new crisis will happen. Looks like a good time to get in Bitcoin... Or not, who knows

None of these companies are going to accept bitcoins directly. Payment through a payment processor is not bullish. It indirectly causes selling pressure on exchanges.
The reasons we didn't see much selling pressure after Overstock is because so few are actually buying things with bitcoin. Overstock did 500k sales total since Jan 9. 125k was on the first day... That is a huge dropoff. Bitcoin = failcurrency.

Or not, who knows Yes i am waiting for china to crash bitcoin b4 buying, but I'm starting to worry that china will not flat out ban bitcoin. FIAT has been collapsing soon for years now.... where did you read this?

Don't you think you've heard this point quite a few times already but that it doesn't actually add up? If people pay with Bitcoin then that means they will buy Bitcoin to begin with. And for all those who decide to buy some Bitcoin, perhaps spurred on by the fact that they learn they can spend it at Overstock, Ebay and many other places, how many do you think will buy some and then immediately spend all of it? Almost no-body. Merchants adopting Bitcoin will lead to more and more new customer wallets, the owners of most of which will buy more Bitcoin than they need to spend immediately, leading to more and more fiat moving to Bitcoin over the long term. Why can't anyone follow the merchant-adoption idea to its logical conclusion - More Bitcoin will be bought than spent.

It bewilders me to see such a stable price. BTC was $806 on Jan 9th when overstock made their announcement and now after tigerdirect goes the price is... still $806. We're going main stream acceptance from proof of concept, major retailers jumping on board. Oh well when i can't explain the bears i buy strapping in for the weekend (it's like XMAS can't wait for it to get here)
