Well, no movement in the market so I guess this was expected and the general assumption is that there is no way to easily dump these coins on an exchange, etc...
well there is really, it's simple, send them there and dump.... How the exchange reacts is a different story. If you had 18k bitcoins you could place orders with fiat low down the order book, send the coins to exchanges and crash them nto the order books making sure to catch your own orders. chances of you getting caught or the exchange reversing the trades are high though

And back in reality these coins are in the public eye with a probable criminal investigation ongoing. You think the thief is going to try and crash the market without anyone noticing? Or just link up their bank account an swan off scot free? They will probably get away without getting caught. But those coins won't be sold on exchange IMO.
