ATTENTION BITCOIN PURISTS!!!
There is only one, and that's me. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-04-30/first-blythe-masters-now-goldman-investing-bitcoin
The bad news is that any hopes and aspirations of making a libertarian statement against the status quo by transacting with a monetary medium that now has the full backing and endorsement not only of the biggest commercial banks, but the Fed itself, is now history. Oh noes!! Bitcoin doomed!
* seriously though, one could get almost 500 463 Monero per bitcoin right now, if one was so inclined...

Stability would be nice. We have to build a base for the next rally. We may see some upside, but I'm thinking mostly sideways for a while.
Still buying a coin a day? On average, I am close. I loaded up in the $220s and teens. I actually sold ten yesterday when we got into the $240s, but I expect to buy them back this weekend and a little more.

Don't forget to thank the shareholders for putting up the capital invested in the business and giving you all a job.

Don't forget to thank the shareholders for putting up the capital invested in the business and giving you all a job. Not all companies have that structure.

Definitely, it takes a lot of work to keep track of the market and buy at the right time and risk to keep me employed. And the American voter who votes for more taxes to give government more power so they can pay for the military which keeps me employed. Thanks for taxing the rich American voter!

Good labour relations are key to any well functioning capitalist society.
Is what the communists tell the people before they take over and terrorize a nation. Have you looked into buying a used cruiseliner for your project? Do you have a solution for jurisdiction issues? The pilot project will likely be built in the Bahamas with permission from the Bahamas government. At this phase we are looking at a hybrid seastead to be built on columns in shallow water which floating platforms and boats can attach to. More of a marina as a launching point. One of the partners is working with the Bahama government, introducing it as a research project. A used cruiseliner was what Project Blueseed tried. They also tried to fund it via donations, we will be selling shares and be getting revenue from the marina businesses. This looks interesting! More info on this? by the way welfare-queens and greedy capitalists are both exploiting the system in their own ways. That is why we need Bitcoin to become the financial backbone of a system which is less easily exploited for personal gain at the expense of the whole. Hint: the more decentralized a system becomes, the harder it gets to bend it according to your will

This looks interesting! More info on this?
We are still in the pre-announce stage but the design and location are taking shape. We are shooting for a cost of around $5 million offering 50,000 shares of $100 each. The initial businesses on the platform will be part of the company and boat slips will be paid to the company with the profits going to the shareholders.

We are still in the pre-announce stage but the design and location are taking shape. We are shooting for a cost of around $5 million Have you asked for a professional estimate of the cost of that project? Building costs for a low rise office building (excluding furniture) in central US are about 150 $ per ft 2 of floor area. The central building in your project apparently has 3 floors, each with at least 100 x 100 ft 2, i.e. some 30'000 ft 2 total. if it were built on land it would cost at least 4.5 M$. Now consider how much more expensive it is to build something on a hurricane-swept platform at sea, far from any industrial port. But OK, you may be aiming to build only one 5'000 ft 2 platform, without the superstructure. Even so, you may be underestimating the cost by an order of magnitude. You may consider buying a second-hand outfit to begin with: http://www.seasteading.org/2011/11/for-sale-well-maintained-20-room-platform-sale-panoramic-sea-views-and-a-heli/EDIT: On the other hand, people who can afford an antigravity flying yacht can surely afford an apartment on a sea platform.
