Ok.. hard to tell what the FUD is going on in there.. so I avoid it. But wasn't the 'plan' or according to some 'announcement' that a HF would come NEXT YEAR i.e. 2017
And that HF was 1->2 MB max block size increase...

This was apparently agreed upon to be rolled out NEXT Year.. specifically around July time.. with the caveat 'if there is a demand/need for it'

It was generally agreed to roll out SEGWIT this year.. see how things go and move towards a HF next year.

At least that is how i remember the news coming out.

If BITMAIN decides to block or delay segwit because only some of core developers agree with Luke's HF proposal than there will be a revolt against Bitmain and possibly any miners that support this unreasonable position.  

Antpool and other mining pools had made the position clear as water since in the Hong Kong meeting, that SegWit+HF coming as package. If you just realized right now, that the communication problem inside Core, you cannot blame anyone else.

The developers participating within the Hong Kong meeting made it abundantly clear that they cannot speak for other developers or the community at large and to insinuate that this represents a "communication problem inside Core" when it is an intrinsic aspect of how decisions are made independently between all members in our community is reflecting either a deep misunderstanding or disingenuous manipulation.

Really looking forward to the Bitcoin Block Reward Halving. With this price level, and if logic will prevail, we should see a natural upward price movement at least towards 850$.

But logic very often does not work.

CSV is checksequenceverify.  It allows bitcoin transactions to be locked until a relative time from when the transaction is included in a mined block, as opposed to CLTV (checklocktimeverify) which allows a transaction to be locked until a specific time or block height.

$700 is the first target...we'll see further from there.
Actually I think the halving hype will take it to the  old ATH. And I doubt it'll break it.
