I hope for Britain to leave the EU.
Brits are idiots ... they will lose very much if they leave! ... The other EU nations already made some kind of silent pact not to help UK if they leave. Because if they leave and can still make economic pacts, this shows weakness and other countries might leave as well.

£GBP is free-falling hasnt to be that bad for GB. nevertheless they knew that would happen, they have been warned. It is bad for the UK, but it doesn't matter. This is about emotions, not about money. EDIT: Historian Simon Schama comments dramatically on UK secession, saying Scotland will not be coerced into leaving the EU. Meanwhile EU-CN gap widens to €20.

And look at what bitcoin is doing. The more chaos in traditional markets, the better for bitcoin.

Where do you guys see BTC if UK leaves?
Jupiter ... But Brexist ... HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!!! ... 51.4% Out - 48.6% In from a count of 70%+ of the votes counted! This is going to be a global catastrophe! *Edit: 51.1% Out - 48.9% InPerhaps a better measure would be Ladbrokes' 'probometer': https://sports.ladbrokes.com/sports-central/uk-eu-referendum/It was leaning towards in, now leaning towards out.

When does Simon Schama not talk dramatically. The failed currency union of the EU is bound to unravel sooner or later anyway. No monetary union without fiscal union - the current mess in Greece and in other southern and periphery nations is a result of this halfway house. When you hear a government talking about reparations from Germany for WWII, you begin to see the heavy irony of a project once designed to seed harmony in to the hearts of the disparate peoples of Europe.

I think what we're going to see as more results roll in is ever increasing polarisation. Where leave was predicted the majority's going to be far higher than expected. Same goes for remain.

I can't lie, I would be pleasantly surprised. But it will be a crossing of the Rubicon moment that will be capitalised on by every scoundrel and rat in the establishment looking to scurry off the sinking ships blameless.
