Thanks for that link Fakhoury.  Lots of good info and links in there.   I think that the mere meetings does not necessarily conclude green for the ETF for sure, but such a set of happenings probably increases the probability of green for the ETF.

You are most welcome JJG.

I agree, but if it's no, why all of this hassle ?

I thought I once saw them say the bought most of their coins in 2012.

I'm thinking 2013. They had a big presence at BitCoin2013 San Jose (it was a conference). I don't remember them being around before that.

Could also mean they want to give them a last chance to make modifications, otherwise they deny.

Nevertheless i have to admit i am seeing the chances now more like 50:50 instead of 10:90

Edit: Which is crazy cause ETF would mean 3000+ pretty fast..

BTC looking solid. By shear happening a few nights ago, I watched Max Keiser Report, and he said invest in gold, silver and Bitcoin  Grin Later on he had a spot on a show to describe crypto and really put the plugs in for it and mentioned its at an all time high and should continue... ok, not that I necessarily believe all he says  Cool

I agree with you ImI, a kind of modification before the green light, what does this mean at the end, the long-awaited approval.

Well well just got home and checked the price barely in time to see a new ATH... $1195.5 on Stamp.

Hopefully we'll get so accustomed to daily ATHs that we won't even notice any more.

Go Bitcoin go.

Wonder how fast that fake 1000+ wall at 1200$ melts away on stamp. Huge buys, like 150 BTC in half minute!

1200$, here we go!

negative. not an trader at all actually. it's a couple loans from way, way back when the price was like 300 or under. i've just been a fail of a money maker and not gotten it paid down. the thread is out there in the lending sub-forum i'm sure.

Go Bitcoin go.

Our new target now is $1,700 - $1,800.

This is without the ETF approval.

First let's conquer Bitcoin/gold-ounce parity.

We achieved it at Gox for about a minute (I was watching) back in 2013.

It bounced back down almost immediately. Very soon after that, China declared Bitcoin illegal for banking and the price plummeted. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

Again this January, when the price of a bitcoin got close the price of an ounce of gold, the PBOC made an announcement that panicked the market. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

Regardless of tinfoil-hat conspiracy theories, I consider gold ounce parity to be the real ATH we still have to beat.

As I've been typing, I see we just hit another ATH on Stamp... $1198 and climbing.

Go Bitcoin go.
