This is arguably not a good price to sell. Double bottom and shared lowest price in two months.

How low does Bitcoin need to go before Jihan BU stops signaling that shit?
It's not because of BU, it's because a transaction with ETH costs 0,02$ whereas a transaction with BTC costs 1$.

Transactions with some other pump and dump coins cost even cheaper!

Below $875 it ruins future plans and below $337 they'll mine at a loss, according to ARK Invest.

but but but........you guys said no more 3 digit BTC  Huh

Look..   what is most predictable is that goofballs like you are going to come in and say "I told you so" even though you had no fucking clue.. except to state on an ongoing basis from $250 to present that a correction was imminent.

Sooner or later, you are bound to be "correct." Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I don't want to say here who is right, I'm not anyone's relative here but was a good question and i wanted to read a better answer from a legendary member like you. What you would answer to me if i made you this question? In all my last posts i said we go down and all keep saying no , never again 3 digits etc... lucky for me i don't need somebody to listen, i have my own mind to see what is going on. and mark now if you haven't before my words, we will go under 800 euro very soon. i wrote specific number Smiley anything more down of course is welcome Smiley

but but but, at the end of the day: don't HODL more than you can lose Smiley lol  Shocked Shocked Shocked have a good night Bitcoin Land!

That's nonsense. Noone seemed to really care about transaction fees when we were at 1300.

Well, now fees are lower, yet the price keeps dropping.

Are people really paying $1 to $8 for BTC transfers? I have read varying claims. I bought some silver at $1100 BTC a few days ago and the default transfer fee was about 25 cents. And I got a 3% discount for using bitcoin. So well worth the cost. They got the first confirmation in 10 seconds.

There's nothing wrong with making predictions, and some predictions are more reasonable than others.

I find no real reason to either compete with others regarding predictions or to want to always be "right" and to get "credit" for whatever prediction that you happen to get correct.

As we know, the future is based on a series of events and a series of probabilities, and in that regard, some predictions are easier to make than others, depending on timing and some predictions are more reasonable than others.

This drop has nothing to do with fees. Traders think that bitcoin will die because of a fork, so they flee to a centralized premined token called ethereum. But soon they start walkng the different way and they get rekt twice, first by Rogercoin, second by fomo. Good luck with the trap. I keep on hodling.

Please don't quote the trolls.

Also, if anyone would care to read in August-September of 2016 here and here and here
I repeated several times to BUY before September 25 2016. This of course goes unnoticed because as a trader that relies on information that is not cohesive to others here it must be wrong.
I need not approval from the resident troll that gives his opinion that holds no value whatsoever except he gets money from his signature campaign. Note I don't require funding for my comments.

Edit:
Here are my posts from 2015 also.

Man... I have to imagine a lot of people buying in above $1100 are shitting themselves about now.

This is pretty brutal trading activity to watch.

The epic Mt.Gox induced flash crash from 650 to 102 was brutal. This is par for the course.  Cheesy

But, yeah, Bitcoin is not for the faint of heart.

i only buy coins that i can hold in a hardware wallet. Ripple is a centralized huge ponzi. I would be ashamed to trade my btc into it. I know that btc will be worth 10 times its value than nowadays. Ripple can go f** itself

BU is not designed to fork until they have 75% of hashrate. By the time this happens BTC will worth a lot less. How much time is needed for morons like bitcoin 'Jesus' or rather 'Judas' to realize that they will lose everything in terms of fiat? BU will never have the economy support. The current crash is the most obvious evidence for that.
So is this the result of a hard fork?
It was talked about for weeks now and has it finally happened?

How will we be certain of it happening? BTU showing up on exchanges?

What I meant is even theoretically one day BU reaches 75%, Roger Ver (aka bitcoin Jesus) and his supporters (like Jihan Wu) will lose a lot in therms of fiat because bitcoin economy strongly supports the Core team and Segwit. I personally don't believe BU will ever reach 75%. I hope the common sense (which, in fact, is not quite common in bitcoin world) will prevail and these guys change their mind to support Segwit scaling solution.

In case of HF, exchanges will probably include BTU or whatever is called but only if BU developers make replay attacks impossible by changing their code. Then everyone with BTC will have the same amount of BTU and can spend them according to the price at the exchanges. But currently BU is quite buggy and replay attacks are a real danger, moreover devs show no interest in fixing this issue. This will make impossible BTU withrawals and causing a big mess. Bitcoin wallets will face the same problem although some of them like Electrum already have a guide for splitting the coins.

the way things are at present why aren't you making your own coin and getting it on the exchanges? people would pump little wooden tokens with strings of letters and numbers carved into them right now.
