$2000 has been finally broken anywhere; bitfinex, bitstamp, btc-e.. you name it. We are oficially above $2000, but in the midst of the celebration, I can't help but think about this: Can anyone inform me with the latest segwith news? I do not get it anymore.. When does it come?
No but Soon™ August 1st, 2017 UASF of SegWit. high probability of a fork in two chains. a ChinaBitcoin with no block limit soon after. on the other side a CoreSegWitBitcoin with a new mining algo soon after. no "the one and only" Satoshi BitCoin anymore forever. Im just thinking about what will happen soon with the whole segwit, UAF, Buggy Unlimited thing. We need segwit, but what if UASF fails? if we end up with several btcs.. its over. What about if we do nothing? if we do nothing, maybe Buggy Unlimited manages to gain traction due constant Roger Ver propaganda and higher fees and cheap transactions due Jihad blocking actual scaling (segwit) It's a tricky situation where both doing nothing and something has risks.

2 k. One of the best weekends ever Porsche or ferrari? Strangely enough, as high as bitcoin goes I still look for a reasonable car under $5k that will last a few years with low maintenance. Though I spent more than that in the last week on a vacation. I think the same way.

Good evening Bitcoinland.
Just got back in town to see another new ATH and a memorable one at that... currently $2025USD (Bitcoinaverage).
Nice to see the Yanks join us Canucks in the over-$2000 party. Hopefully the Euro-peans will join us soon.
Meanwhile, according to Google we're at $2780CAD.
Congrats to all those who steadfastly held through thick and thin. For those still waiting for triple digits, you have my deepest condolences.
Go Bitcoin go. Let's see 3 grand CAD ASAP.

What is Quadriga(I think it is something else than an old car ridden by horses)? What is Cad? What is the equivalent in USD?

I'm having trouble getting my head around the fact that every single bitcoin I lovingly cared for over the last few years has laid me a 1.5 ounce golden egg (on average)! I just need to figure out a way to use the eggs to buy more chickens, without selling the original chickens

I just need to figure out a way to use the eggs to buy more chickens, without selling the original chickens Its called Margin Long. even if you only use 1x margin (or less), your stash can be leveraged to lay more eggs, without having to sell any. Of course, markets go both ways. You want to bet correctly, or it works in reverse

Imagine how rich Kwukduck would be if he hadn't sold all those coins for $10 each in 2012. Hopefully when Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 bitcoins for a couple of pizzas on May 22, 2010 he had lots more. He must be filthy rich now. How about the Winklevoss twins? A quarter billion between them? Congratulations holders. _____ It's Saturday night. I think I'll go out for a few frosties to celebrate.
