I'm guessing we'll see a third leg down that breaches 2500, before the bounce.

Got back from the kitchen with my coffee to find my internet service dead.

Took a while to reboot me router and wait for the DSL to shake hands but I see we indeed got our 3rd leg down, all the way to $2480 (Stamp), $2500 (Bitcoinaverage).

Definitely a buying opportunity now. Time to pour the coffee in a takeout cup and go shopping.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Btc-e is down. How long until people see it, panic and dump even more?

Any guesses for the bottom?

-20% for BTC in one day is a huge move. I see a +10% correction upward coming. It's just too much.

Alts just aren't dumping or like 2% quick bounces and only the pre-mined alts are actually ignoring the whole show. This is deeply calculated.

Roach talking his book about metals in 3... 2... 1...

He wouldn't get this much show and excitement even if he would dressed a hot model (or hooker) in a dwarven costume and made her go from door to door like a cookie scout to try sell his gold and silver on a dump day scenario... Cheesy Cheesy

Now btc-e and coinbase are back online.

Such a coincidence the attacks always happening when the price is crashing. Not during pumps or when things are boring.

It's a weird world. Never dull, wonder who pulled this latest trick.

Then again everyone is down in the last 24 hours except for CryptoCarbon (what the hell is that shitcoin?) so this might just be an orgy of profit taking. It will pass.

Is it just me or is the whole Ethereum thing....... completely bonkers.

"Cart before the horse" is right.

ETH's latest ICO; Bancor has raised a staggering $150 Million  Shocked Shocked

I got a bad feeling about this, this will not end up well for those greedy investors.

Yeah, we want those greedy investors to buy our bitcoins!

So what's the expected timeframe for the next major Ethereum hack?

Why didn't they select an exchange that, like, actually works properly? As if the alt market couldn't get any more distorted than it already is.

I'm starting to see this is clearly a bid to get people on the ETH train (since its so resilient  Tongue)   Suppose I'll be dumping mine. Anyway, good profits in BTC to do so.
