This is all Spaceman's fault. We were going nicely to the moon then he decided to stop for fuel because he wants to go to Mars.... Some noobs jumped out and got pulled down by gravity. God damn it.
Couldn't help it, somebody mixed nitro in my rocket fuel... What a crazy ride !

So with the price rise, I remember I got my Casascius coin out to show a buddy a couple of weeks back and I left it out. Ask my wife if she saw it. It got "put away" Without a trace. Don't trust your bitcoins around your SO ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) SO?

couldn't sleep, finally decided to check the charts (3am GMT). Interesting mixture of regret at not catching the opportunity, and also releif at having lost nothing.
So which exchange pulled the trigger, or was it coordinated?

My guess is we'll still have a bit of volatility, then some consolidation around this level or somewhat lower. Then to the moon. Then the real crash (of the current bubble). Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Only Gox. Other exchanges have insignificant volume to care. Again with Gox, suckers will be stuck with GoxBux.

Historic days. 500. The hearing. 900. Wow. I went out for a couple hours to grab a bite and I lost all the climb to 900 and crash action... ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Does anyone know how big of a dump it was accross all exchanges? I was out picking up a load of barn wood today and heard on NPR that the high was $750. Upon reading this, then checking, for a brief moment I was a Bitcoin millionaire, at least on paper. Now, as soon InstaWallet returns my three wallets totaling 1,123+ BTC, I'll be golden. ~TMI BTCITW Amazing. Congratulations !

I guess that's what happens when a whale dumps, it can really move the market for a bit, even if it (nearly) recovers quickly. There's just so much strength in the rally still.
