If you really believe that there is such thing as an "always" (and "never") in bitcoinlandia, when talking about seasonal activity or price movement technicalities, then you seem to be wanting too much certainty and reading too much into an attempts to achieve black and white.  In other words, you seem to have a reading too much into it problema.
