I envy you Smiley I have to skip this month, since I intend to go to the beach for a week, and it will cost me a whole fucking salary. But, I did well in the last year, increasing with 15% my stash. Last summer I rejected the vacation because the price was $6K-ish - too low to miss the opportunity to buy. Later, when the price fell to $3k-ish, I even emptied my 2 credit cards to buy moar. Of course I leave enough money for the monthly payments. I prefer to pay for the 12% interest because the profit from the hodling is already much greater.  Recently I voted in the poll that I am 100% in, but that's not true - I am 110% in. If anything bad happens, well, I have a stable work (although with $850 monthly salary - that's how I know God loves me Smiley) So I learned to live with a salary immediately turned into Bitcoins - that's how much I don't trust the fiat system. And why should I trust it - credit cards, bank accounts can be robbed (in my coutry we had 2 cases of bank employees stealing clients money). My paypal account was hacked some time ago, fortunately I managed to restore the stolen sum. Now I am my own bank. If I decide to buy a house or a car, I may part with some of my stash, but not all of it. I am seriously considering the idea of hodling more than 5 years, as I initially determined. For now, I am good - I have a nice appartment and a car. I hope to find a girl that is good and won't screw my life and steal my money. Too many gold diggers in the world exist and some of them will turn to be Bitcoin diggers, we should be careful. Wink

Haha, yeah I have a set target in my head (a round number). I’m buying little by little constantly, trying to get to this target. I might not make it though before the next big bull run comes.

It happens to me too.. I sold 20 LTCs (@103usd) to make reservations for our next holidays and LTC went 20% up the following day  Grin

I hope that when i cancel the remaining sum in december, we will be up by many times...

(notice how a real hodler uses LTC to spend, but BTC to treasure)

I lived like a King in 2018, spending all my BCH & BTG. It’s a shame I have to go back to normal life now but after the next halving things should heat up Wink

According to Grayscale, many investors are not aware of the bitcoin block reward halving.
As such, it still remains a key factor for the price and it is not completely priced in.

"We were surprised to learn that many of them were not even aware of this event." (Grayscale)

https://twitter.com/iamjosephyoung/status/1136949078879744000
This is both interesting but also scaring:

Intresting because there was a lot of debate if the recent price action was due to markets being efficient with people pricing in halving effect before halving actually happening. Public information being incorporated in current market prices is what characterise efficient markets. Something should be granted in a mature market like the one bitcoin begins to be.

This is also scaring because grayscale targets institutional investors. I would have tough this kind of investors had done the basic due diligence of the technology. How can be prepared to invest millions in BTC without even knowing what an halving is?
This is scary. They are ready to invest in something they basically don’t know about.

Wasabi Wallet Breaks Bitcoin Privacy Barriers with 100-Person CoinJoin

https://beincrypto.com/wasabi-wallet-breaks-bitcoin-privacy-barriers-with-100-person-coinjoin/

https://twitter.com/milner_aviv/status/1136460416081465344

"This desktop-friendly Bitcoin wallet, which utilizes the anonymous Tor browser, is one the first mainstream light wallets to offer CoinJoin transactions — which dispatch a lot of transactions at once to obscure their sources.
...
The Bitcoin wallet stands out by implementing a variation of the CoinJoin technology called “Chaumian Coinjoin,” which is, in short, defined as a trustless coin shuffling with mathematically-provable anonymity."
