I think we will finally see 11k again. Will probably sell at 11.5k (bought at 9.5k) and buy back below 10k if I can.
Are you playing with 100% of you BTC stash, or some smaller amount? Frequently it is not good to sell too much of your stash and then wait for the price to come back down to your selling point. That's what happened to Roach at $700 and that is what happened to jonoiv at $6k. Not 100%, I keep 70% for long term and "play" with the 30% remaining. Of course it comes with a risk, but it can be a good way to lower your average price. I never trade daily though, more like 1 or 2 times a month (at most). Ok.. you surely make the choice regarding how much of your BTC you sell at certain points, and maybe it will pay off. At least you are not trading 100%, which would seem a bit crazy to me, but people gonna do what they gonna do. |

OT: Not that I personally believe Bitcoin is only an investment, more of a digital online money that is still growing in value. But I'm so sick of seeing well known wealth investors in the media saying shit like "Bitcoin's ship has sailed...shoulda got in at $1, but not worth it now."
Total bullshit.
If Bitcoin's fiat value *only* doubled from here within say, 6 years (I'm being waaay conservative here for sake of argument), it would still TROUNCE every single hi value equity out there in the market today. Including Apple, Google, Facebook, or Amazon. If it merely matched the gains of any of those other equities, it'd still be worth it. And if it *only* increased by 5-6% a year over a 6 year period, it would beat something like 90% of ALL equities out there.

The girl is in bed, fast asleep, drunk after two bottles of wine to herself. I’m not drinking until we go away next week. I’m saving myself  I’ve started to go for a long walk every night now to try & get fitter. When you hit your 30’s your metabolism goes out of the window & it’s tough to stay in shape. Think I’m gonna join a gym soon. Looking forward to seeing you both Friday, we’ll have to think of some shit to do & see if you get there before lunchtime. I’ve been to Amsterdam once but was a long time ago in a different life when I was 21 & single Maybe we are at $11,xxx when I see you. |
