I expected to enter November with the price a lot higher than it is now. I suppose it’s good to still be buying but I really want to see us end the month at a higher price.

I don't know why are you surprised about bitmex mail leak. The first thing that comes to my mind that bitmex didn't have the real hack. You all know that USA IRS is after american citizens who are secretly using bitmex. Bitmex got into the trouble because of that. So there is a high probability that bitmex leaked mails so that the US IRS gets their citizens who are using bitmex. Problem solved.

There are a variety of trading styles and practices.  Some of them are more risk taking than others, and some of them are just taking advantage of bitcoin's inevitable volatility in order to profit from such volatility without getting greedy about it.

Yeah I know brother. However it's too risky for me so holding is my only option.

I largely agree with the premise that trading tends to be a losing game, and the reason is because the vast majority of peeps who attempt it do it in a manner in which they are attempting to predict BTC's short term price direction, which is also known as gambling.

If you engage in a kind of trading that either does NOT attempt to predict BTC's price direction or at least only engages in bare minimum prediction attempts, then in a market, such as bitcoin, you can profit from such a system without hardly even thinking about it.  Anyhow, as you already suggested, I have beaten aspects of this horse to death.... so I can hold off a little bit on my beating efforts for the time being.
