Merited because of an interesting opinion, but i don't really fully buy the thesis that cycles are bound to increase in length since they are being driven (apparently) by halvings. In addition, if ROI are decreasing, but drawdowns stay the same (around 85%), then I just don't see whay it would continue in this pattern. I would reluctantly agree IF drawdowns were smaller, but so far they are not (to a significant degree). It's like saying that since this summer was unusually long because of balmy weather it would mean that the next one would be longer still.

I didn't like this chart. This says I gotta wait nearly 3 years for next big boom. 3 years to get 10x profits (from 10k to 100k) is actually not bad but I don't know. It is kinda too late I feel. I don't have enough patience left to get rich and that's why this chart has big chances become real. It is because it is actually painful. Somewhere around mid 2020 or mid 2021, (or from, till) after seeing btc going nowhere, people will say fuck this shit and dump their coins. Then we will go to the next moon. This is how the whales work. They'll only make you rich if you endure the pain long enough. This bear market, it wasn't long enough. I prefer masterluc's or filbfilb's charts over this piece of shit any day but life is a bitch.

There is no sign the cycle is getting longer. We are exactly on track.

Nice to see this pump has scared all bear trolls away Five digits by Monday next week? The trend is still clearly bearish, bro. It's a bounce back. I think there will be another low soon around 6.5k and another bounce back towards 9k (nice one) for beginning of next year. But the trend clearly showing an ABC correction (zigzag) towards the 4k-ish direction, it would be silly to buy now, I'd rather wait until next year. Of course there is always a possibility to break above 12k (that would mean 20k after that) but the probability of this scenario is very low right now. Long term holders have nothing to worry about but that means very long term (2025 and after that), but for 2020 no reason to be optimistic. I will personally sell at 9k and wait for another buy point which would be around 4k next year. PS: there is nothing "trolling" about calling bear trends. It is crystal clear the trend is bearish right now and will last for at least 6 months. Mmmkey... so 4k after the halving? R u crazy? Half of daily BTC supply will just disappear from market and the price will magically go to $4k? There are only two possibilities: 1. You're a retarded bear troll vegetable with an IQ of 0 2. You're a bear shill hoping for more weak hands to sell now before BTC goes parabolic again

^^ Yeah you are good bro, its about mic and some wisdom on tanning ass. Pamoldar : bhai jadu ki jhapi de diyo bachi ko chacha ki taraf se. Thx, i did find this link interesting, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5205355still trepidatiously scrolling posts. Want to put your money where your mouth is? 0.05 BTC bet? - I say we see a new ATH before 2022
- You say we won’t?
Deal. We won't see 19k again in 2020 or 2021, book it. Hope you will honor this bet I will if wrong. Hey you guys missed this!?! for shame a bet always makes the list. And a new Yomamma so fat joke. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg53199874#msg53199874The approximate scale of the largest known supermassive black hole (S5 0014+81) compared to the size of our solar system. The size of the largest black hole is smaller than the distance between protons in a nucleus. The event horizon around a black hole may eoncompass a wide region, but that's not the size of the hole. Cool, this was news to me, now I see how this could diverge to the aft forwarned mentioned. Actually... What you are talking about is the singularity in the center. Which has no size. Or we at least have no idea of how to accurately measure/calculate it. Basically a mathematical point.
On the other hand we have a very good idea what size the event horizon is. And last but not least, what about the accretion disk? Is this somehow not a part of the phenomenon we call a black hole?
The same way the size of an atom is considered as the diameter of the outermost electron shell and not just the nucleus...
Isn't that where light starts to bend?

The halving is in 6 months Bossian, you’re either trolling or totally retarded if you think $4,000 is likely with a block reward halving imminent. That’s a 50% drop from here. It just isn’t going to happen.
Look at the price movements leading up to & following the previous block reward halvings. You clearly have no idea what you’re doing or you’re trolling & I can’t figure out which.
Halving either won't have an impact, or it will but certainly not before 2 or 3 years. If only it was that simple, everyone would be making money with the halving coming soon. That's extremely simplistic to think this way. I didn't say 4k for sure, but below 5k most probably next year. It's exactly that simple, it's purely a question of supply and demand, economics 101.

It will be interesting to see the result of the poll, thx infofront nohomo, of course StrongHats & HodlWell, it is good to see all the other 'delusional' hodl'ers along with myself. At least according to my relatives this thanksgiving who think I'm quite mad for now blowing all my BTC. At least they are consistent....they have mentioned I should sell every Thanksgiving since 2013 and how foolish I am. Oh well, so it goes. But anyway, if they read this thread they would now say this is where all them kool-aid drinking hodl'ers hang out it seems. At least from the poll Crap, have to do this again next year in 2020, hopefully I can drop the price, in the conversation at a new ATH to reverse the trend at that point... the higher the price the more foolish I am for not getting USD it seems ...no way out. BTC price goes up foolish not to sell, BTC price goes down foolish not to sell, BTC goes sideways foolish not to sell because at some time it is all gonna go full beanie baby! Sigh, you can't change your gene pool which is very, very concerning to me

Bitcoin explosion is in the air.
The volumes at Bakkt are broken almost daily. If we assume that the volume on a coin market cap is 90% fake and Bakkt represents true volumes, then Bakkt is now more than 1 percent of the total volume on market cap. Here Bakkt comes to the point that they need so many bitcoins that there will be a shortage on the market. It is only a quarter to two in the afternoon and the trade in America has yet to start and Bakkt is already at 10 million volume. Today or tomorrow, Bakkt will cover the 25 million bitcoins. That is equal to 1 / 8000th part. Enough to make the market explode. I expect the bitcoin to be at $ 25,000 within a month. Then another 50,000. Now maybe. the moment to buy in
A friend just send me this true what’s app from one or other Belgian link, I don’t know (can’t provide) the true source, but what you thinking about this??
#hopium.....
That's presuming that, when they get their actual bitcoins, they all hodl. But most likely the majority sell their coins immediately, and so the coins enter circulation again.
