Go back to page 5100 and read from there. The redacted page 8 of the document is easy to get clear by just openening that page in Inkscape. What I do not understand is...the panic sellers are on other exchanges selling...
they know that there are other exchanges besides MtGox because they are on those exchanges
and those exchanges work...
