Thanks, i agree with all your points. The only thing that worries me is the fact of the small bid depth. I also doubt that we will see another real bull trend in the next 2-3 months.
But the charts indeed look like we should see a nice upward correction at least.

The bottom is likely in, but that doesn't mean support won't be tested. I just wonder how long it will take for it to dawn on the people who already panic sold that there is about as much evidence of a China-wide ban as there is evidence that an elderly model train enthusiast with broken English wrote the Satoshi white paper.

You know what the really cool part is? We can now make these contracts in ways that cannot be broken or backed out of.

Just wait until gold futures force settlement in fiat because they don't have the gold to cover their bets.

And to answer the what would it take for me to give up my bitcoin? I wouldn't take a bet stretching out any longer than a couple weeks, a year long contract is just ridiculous in bitcoin time.

We all have a definition of 'cheap' coins.   But every person here has a different one.  

And even each person varies that price constantly, according to their perception of many variable factors.

Resistance occurs at levels where there is a majority consensus that that price has been reached.  Markets don't care, they just are.

I think that where this market's consensus is, is being discovered around about now. Enough of finding this bottom - we already have.

For me sub-400 is way below consensus, so even if the market is manipulated to dip below this - the reaction will kick the price up way higher.

I think no lower than 466 again (bar serious and disastrous news).  

Sentiment will grow in confidence and over time things will ramp up, recover from Gox, et al.

Maybe not in the thousands yet - but 800+ inside 6-8 weeks is entirely plausible.
