For quick recovery and strengthening of immunity, I personally tried the combination of black cumin oil and acacia honey. In my case, it helped me recover faster, and I always start taking this combination before the flu season, and so far it's helping me.

Thanks. No worries, seems like i left the worst behind, already.
Not testing again, because no test at home which did not already expired. In some of the (sealed) fluid capsules only a few drops are left.
Now that's quality right there

Thanks. Have to check on the acacia honey, i don't know if i tolerate it well (high fructose), but as long as i take my Bromelaine, it should be no problem to take a spoon full or two per day. The cumin oil is definitely missing in my arsenal, have to get it soon!

The weekly chart is looking pretty ugly as we break to fresh new lows. Hopefully we see a bit of a bounce off support here or we could see a further drop into the $37K range. Looks like maybe some folks are taking year end profits or maybe are trying to get ahead of the sell the news drop as it’s expected a spot ETF will be approved in *two weeks.

It's been about 2 days now that I have been taking 600 Mg NAC.. .so let's see within a week or so if that seems to be helpful in reducing my phlegm or not.

I have a small suggestion. It would be better if you add a 2 to 3 minute Youtube video about what this site is, how it works and how to use it. This will make the site generic and anyone visiting this site can have an idea of it. Written material is there but people usually prefer videos instead of reading.

Just my few Satoshis.

We already discussed the possibility of a hot chick performing a sustainable withdrawal interpretive dance.

We might have to indicate that we are seeking applicants with youtube, TikTok and/or other potentially relevant experiences (and maybe an in-person interview?  I am not sure yet, who would be doing the interview(s) that are expected from this.).

What I am saying is anyone landing on that website from bitcointalk.org would understand who JJG is and what this site is about. But for an outsider it will be a bit difficult to understand what this page is telling.
May be we can have videos in different languages so that people from different areas can understand this in there native language. Like if you do a video in Urdu/Hindi language, it has target audience of almost over 1 billion. (231 million population of Pakistan and 1.4 billion population of India).

And, by the way, bitmover has a thread on the topic too..

Of course you likely realize that I am only half joking when it comes to the interpretive dance, but the other half would be if someone were to want to create some kind of video (or even translate the thread) then that could be possible. I have my doubts about expanding into YouTube videos, unless someone wants to do it, and there could be some potential to discuss compensation, and sure if some folks are already good at doing those kinds of videos then they might have a track record, but we might not be willing to pay how much they would like.. but then it also might depend upon whether we were monetizing the site.. so then if there was a certain amount of traffic and then the videos draw more traffic, then it could justify improving the product and then to have more appeal to a broader audience and even in other languages... and even after responding to all of  this, I would think that having text versions that are translated in other languages would be the more logical next step rather than taking any of us out of our specialty realm.. which so far has not been video content.

Sounds like you don't necessarily have very strong hands, and you are merely into BTC for short-term profits.

Hopefully, for your own sake, you don't end up selling too many too early.. and then regretting the matter and becoming bitter like a lot of the others who thought that they were smarter than everyone else and sold too many too soon.

Exactly my hands was shorter than this , I was a victim of the FTX dip bought a significant amount of Btc around Nov 8 last year and the bankruptcy in the market caused a significant dip.
My faith been weak in Bitcoin at that time and hearing that Btc is going to $10K dollar made me sell at a huge loss
Which till date am still regretting
By that time I didn't even know about this forum nor The Use of Bitcoin
I was introduced into Bitcoin as an investment without even knowing it's core value and potential.
Of recent time, when there's a big dip I just come to WO thread and find individuals with higher amounts of Btc still planning to buy more during dip.
Those actions have really helped me that I bought Btc around 26K and held till  35K was expecting a significant correction so sold half and used the profit(not capital) to get myself something good.
I can't just hold without enjoying it once in a while
Life is shorter than its given credit for.
Where was I yes, it didn't do the expected correction and has skyrocket to $43K
If I continue like this I might have to buy at $100K so felt it would be better to restart my DCA.

The D day to me is when it creates another ATH, don't want to buy at a price that would be at a negative zone in a year or 2.

I  don't plan on selling anytime soon that's why I prefer transferring to my blue wallet. If I do keep in CEX is easier for me to sell some portions  in profit but never in loss.

But would take your advice to heart never selling more than 50%. I hate trading trust me. The losses have made from it has only been mitigated of recent by me holding.

It is really difficult to give advice to guys like you, or even to anyone, and so a lot of times it may seem that I am giving advice, but I am just largely either describing what I would do or maybe the extremes of what I might consider to be potentially be "acceptable" even though I would not go that far, but there still could be some acceptable direction, even for someone who might have gambling/trading kinds of tendencies.

Many of us longer term bitcoiners focus on accumulating BTC for 4-10 years or longer, and if you are not able to invest and hold through 4-10 years or longer then you are in a different kind of mindset.

You are trying to play the waves, and I can see how it is tempting, but it is probably a sign that you are overinvesting.

So maybe consider a portion of your BTC holdings that you just keep buidling no matter what, and even though Blue wallet is good for a certain amount of private holdings, it likely has problems for larger amounts of wealth that could start to get into the multiple thousands dollars, so your longer term holdings might be better to hold on a trezor or some other hardware wallet.. not a ledger.

So yeah, I am devolving into UTXO management and maybe you would let your UTXOs build up to somewhere between $500 and $1k prior to transferring them to a private wallet, whether on the Blue wallet, which does not really seem like long-term safe, even though it may be o.k. for a few thousand dollars, depending on if you might get $5 wrench attacked... ..or to transfer to some hardware wallet.

So if you get into a building mindset then don't worry so much about the dollar value.  Use money that you don't need, and then continuously invest... The money that you don't need is the amount that you have left after you figure your total expenses subtracted from your total income.. and you should also retain an emergency fund that adds up; to 3-6 months worth of your expenses, and the more unstable your income and expenses, then the more you would likely have to have a higher amount of emergency reserves. .and the better your emergency reserves, then the more likely you can be more aggressive in your regular ongoing bitcoin investing whether that is $100 per week, $10 per week or some other amount that works for your budget and other aspects of your goals.. including that you can look at my 9 factors if you want to help yourself to hone in on improving what factors you should be considering and figuring out for yourself.

The HODL memer turned into a bigblocker shitcoiner who thinks that you need to sell your bitcoin in order for them to have value.  Not all of the earlier adopters have brains, even if they became famous for certain strong hand expressions.

Yes, tried NMN too, for two months, but i didn't observe any benefits (nor unwanted side effects).
However, i take pure Niacin (nicotinic acid) every now and then to compensate for my 200-400mg/d Thiamin doses depletion of B3.
These are 100mg tablets, which give you a hot flush, so i most often take a quarter tab.
Some people swear by Niacin to give them more intensive orgasms when taken right before the fun starts. I didn't try that (yet)

Do you mean phlegm like in mucous fluid or like in (behavioral) phlegmatism?

Most time i give supps 2 weeks at least, because this is an overall timespan for body cell renewal.
Interestingly, it takes two weeks of practice to change cognitive behaviour, four weeks to fully imprint it. Following a reading (lent book, don't remember title or author) it takes two weeks to produce new cells in the brain stem, and another two weeks for them to arrive in grey matter, which was the explanation for the learning/automation timespans.

Day five of my sickness and things start to improve quickly again. No sinus infection, no more shortbreathedness, mild fever gone. No more need for brainfogging painkiller meds. I used to take 7-8 days to get to this point, before i discovered the NAC, but who knows, maybe it's unrelated.

Oh, almost forgot that Vitamin C (normal dose) also improves NAC efficiency a bit. At least you should add some encapsulated VC if you plan to take NAC more often than occasionally, imo. Wouldn't hurt. Pure crystallized ascorbic acid is not doing the best for your teeth, but there are PH neutral forms, like potassium ascorbate.
