can someone explain me why BTC-e has lower price for proximately 10$ than Bitstamp or Huobi ?
anybody ? There are hefty fees (> 1%) to deposit funds with btc-e, let alone the hassle of waiting several days/weeks for bank wire to be processed.

anybody ? I'm more nobody than anybody, but it seems like the range for BTC-e has been about 8-15 $ lower than Stamp for some time now. It varies for no reason known to me. I traded there for a while, but never tried to deposit or withdraw $. BTC in and BTC out.

anybody ? Last year they had the same difference and at the time that was because it is much harder to get USD in BTCe. This was reflected in USDEUR too for example. I don't know if that is still the case.

Can someone clue me in here...
Is this just another pump led by the Chinese? or is this news driven?
From my understanding, some of the banks still have not issued deposit closure to the Chinese exchanges, but will at some point.

This can only be explained as short covering and irrational exuberance. There is no other explanation. Apparently, no one in the continent of Asia wants to sell their coins right now, so despite the fact that there is no new money with which to purchase them, shorts are covering (due to leverage trade banning) and money on the sidelines is buying the pump.
