If the internet is lost but highly unlikely and also if the last bitcoin user stops it will become worthless and possibly unrecognized without value and trash on the network. so it will probably happen when the internet is no longer in operation and its users do not exist ...
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Maybe bitcoin will die when a horrible disaster attack the whole world and make all the system down or if you want the good reasons maybe it will die if there's no electricity anymore. But the greatest possibility that can happen is when some people success to create a system or virus to make bitcoin worthless.

I think the only possibility is if all governments will prohibit crypto or approve it and put high taxes on it.

Nobody knows. Recent events demonstrated that things which nobody expects keep happening all over the world without any control. In such environment bitcoin can die

Unexpected situations are common in today society. We are all striving towards success but to achieve that in this ordinary world we must do something unexpected. Same goes for the Bitcoin which is the leader right now on the market charts.

Way before the developer of the Bitcoin did something unexpected and that creation brought us the Bitcoin that is slowly squeezing the central FIAT money. The problem lies in the possible event of some different technologies that can do the same to Bitcoin.

We are all believing in the Bitcoin and with our investment Bitcoin is prevailing but what will happen if something different, better and more suitable comes in our way? Will we kneel down before this new possible technology?

I think if the American's decide to kill bitcoin they will kill it. They just need to put their mind to like they did when they decided to kill Hitler they can do it. Proof. Look at the Manhantn project and the Moon shot (fake or not) eather way they pooled it all off so can they kill Bitcoin? Yes they can! (fool disclose I hope they don't but I don't dought American's can do it).

i think bitcoin can die if user not choose bitcoin again....because the price of a bitcoin is determined by the request, so if the user does not select bitcoin then the demand will decrease and bitcoin will slowly disappear

I think the only way it could die is if everybody stop using Bitcoin. Bitcoin can't live without its users.

The only thing that could kill bitcoin is probably a major crash like 95 % + of its value that makes everyone even the most adament hodlers lose all belief in its future. I think this is such an unlikely scenario though as too many people have too much invested in its success.

I think bitcoin will die if nobody uses bitcoin forever. There are many people who use bitcoin for daily needs, especially some people who live in the city that so many merchants there who receive bitcoin.

How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

I think if no one cares anymore. There's bitcoin because there are people supporting it.

Bitcoin will disappear when the community and investor no longer care and invest in it because any asset that exists today is always valued by the community. But I think the day that bitcoin disappears forever is so far away that bitcoin still has the outstanding features that other altcoin can not do, the bitcoin supporters community and the big block investors. The gigantic bitcoin certainly never wanted the bitcoin to disappear.

There are many things which could cause the value of Bitcoin to decrease; but it is nearly impossible for bitcoin to completely die.
Even with other coins the competition wont "kill" bitcoin. It will slowly, very slowly, overtake it.

Even if everyone suddenly decided that Bitcoin is not worth the amount it is today the value will of course drop. This could be because Bitcoin itself loses trust or something comes along that people trust more. If something comes along that stole Bitcoin's network effect it would not kill Bitcoin, it would just drop its value to some level.

I  believe Bitcoin has built a lot of trust. I would say that is why it is nearing parity with Gold. Gold could also lose its value any day.The reason Gold has so much trust is that is highly unlikely and it has thousands of years of historic value.

Hence, for Bitcoin we also can trust that the blockchain works and that it is the most secure ledger in the world.

Some things that I can thin of may be: liquidating crypto into Tether conspiracy theory (don't know much about it, but you can search this forum or Reddit of info) or the flippening of Ether (highly propable, but extremely unlikely that Bitcoin would "die").

I cannot put a certain word since there are no specific details that it could be stop. But based on what I always imagined is that if bitcoin would get banned world wide but even though there are things that gets banned there will be always a way to do it secretly like drugs, illegal drugs are banned world wide but there are people who sell it secretly right? So, if drugs could do it then bitcoin could also do it. The most certain thing I could sense that it would be stop is that if bitcoin value gets unusable this would be probably the thing I could be certain that bitcoin would stop or probably die.

Bitcoin will die or disappear, if people no longer use bitcoin I think bitcoin will die, but here bitcoin is needed for investment and stocks, and savings in the future, but I do not think bitcoin will die and will make rapid progress in the world.

The situation that can make bitcoin sinking is the trust of the users to keep using bitcoin so that the circulation of bitcoin transactions in the market stay awake because if the bitcoin enthusiasts are decreasing then the price also goes down and the price decrease makes bitcoin enthusiasts worse and even might think to stop using it because can no longer give them an advantage. Bitcoin as well as real money, in economic law, mentioned that the more demand for something then the higher the price of something. But, I'm sure the bitcoin prospects will get better as more and more companies are starting to use bitcoin to invest.
