It's very interesting that it's not worth as much as $ 10. They keep the price under pressure.
If the longtail works... and Bancor will be widely adopted (and this is key!) - The sky is basically the limit. True that. But isn't it weird that the many partnerships don't really affect the price? The price still seems to be pegged to Ether (60 - 70%). Given the fact that some project have already bought BNT to keep as a reserve, this is weird.

A new partner announced integration to the Bancor Protocol.
A new generation of startup accelerator, Rocket ICO is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) using SmartContracts to help blockchain projects thrive and integrating the Bancor Protocol for decentralized liquidity throughout their network.

According to ICO, the current price is $ 4.5. It is interesting that the price of such a cooperative project does not increase much.
I think this is due to the fact, that you don't need BNT to use the Bancor Protocoll and the Bancor Website. All the transactions can be done in ETH. So BNT is basically the "fifth wheel on the wagon" (as we say in Germany). It is not really needed. The original promise to sponsor the gas for BNT transactions was not kept, so this was the only incentive to hold BNT over ETH. My guess: The Bancor Protocol and the SmartTokens will thrive but no one will use BNT for this.

Today, new tokens must battle to be listed in exchanges and achieve relevant trade volumes to match buyers and sellers through a classic bid/ask order book. Learn how the Bancor Protocol automates a liquidity solution for all.

(This is the main function and goal of the project, not the transaction...) To do transaction via the web app you don’t need bnt, But every transaction that happen in the bancor app will involve bnt behinds the scene. Example; ETH > STOX Behind the scene it happen like this ETH>BNT>STX Please understand the project before saying something that you didn’t know

What are your thoughts on Stox as the first smart token on Bancor Network? Do you think this was a good decision or not as a first project? Until now, ICO investors in Stoxs are pretty screwed over by it. Do you think this is in some kind related to Bancor?

Are there any plans to integrate limit orders into the web app so users can schedule trades in advance?

You need to have a lot of volume to make Bancor rise faster than Ethereum. As is the case for any new coin on the Bancor protocol.
Because of the automatic buy and sell walls it it is impossible to pump and dump a coin like the way many coins rise. This leads to the fact that these coins rise very slowly, making them atypical cryptoinvestments.
The problem is that because the low potential of rapid big gains (because of the artificial sell walls) investors will lose patience and over the longer period they sell. The tendency of these coins is therefor to go down, just like Bancor. It has been slowly losing price in comparison to its reserve currency: ETH. This is because of the bancor network contract trading.
If you want stability and liquidity, invest in Bancor coins (or Lykke, they also peg their currency against the swiss frank and a little bit bitcoin and eth).
If you want big gains you gotta invest in coins on 'normal' exchanges, where investors do not have to buy up all these artificial sell-walls.

Though don't have technical knowledge about these discussions but all this sounds good for my limited understanding. I am just holding some BNT token in hope of seeing huge increase over the next few months. It looks very good all how things are explained but need to see them implementation.

The price is already below ico when bancor got integrated into stox It is necessary to wait for the launch of many smart token on bancor. Over time, the BNT token will begin to grow. And the other day an update came out.

First Smart Token on Network was GNO with GNOBNT Relay, which is live since the beginning of October, and we can call it successful, since third biggest trading volume for Gnosis is on Bancor (just after Poloniex and Bittrex). I don't know the story behind Stox investors, but the token can only benefit from more volume and more attention from Protocol integration. Can you elaborate more about the situation with Stox?

STOX prices fall too deep...until now does not grow even the volume is getting smaller perhaps if there is no significant development investors will leave the project

I didnt invest in STOX eighter, just thought they were the first "real" smart token that has BNT as a reserve currency. Afaik Gnosis was traded before bancor was born and has no BNT or other currencies in reserve and therefore is no smart token right? Please correct me if Im wrong. But with Stox, long story short, the price fell constantly ever since ICO and it seems not to recover at all. I was in the Telegram group some time ago and there the tone was not really nice. Dont know what will happen with this project. Maybe it was because Floyd Mayweather promoted this project that buyers stayed away. For me that was a red flag too. Not that this guy does not know how to make money, I mean its in his name, but you know...
