In everything, there is always something called Moderation. Even in cigarette and alcohol commercials, they encourage Moderation. If you want to drink then go ahead. Alcohol ain’t that bad in our body if you drink once in a while but do it everyday then your internal organs will suffer. And if you take too much, consequences are about to happen. Decisions being clouded that will turn into an uneventful day or night.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
Its better to drink alcohol but not too much just like what the word they put in every bottle, drink moderately. There's a lot of pain in we get in drinking too much alcohol.

In excess of everything is bad for the health.  Well moderate drinking I guess is just good enough for a persons body.  Keep it in moderation.

If you feel that you become obsessive it's not good.

The individual will never realize it. I have some friends who are addicted to alcohol. But they never admit their problem. They claim that they can stop drinking whenever they want. But that never happens.

Drinking is good if you know the borders. Two glasses of wine a day are great to relax. However a bottle of vodka even once a week can lead to alcohilism.

2 glasses of wine per day is a huge amount you may want to rethink that.  Also the relaxation benefits are not what you think they are.  It actually increases blood pressure when you drink.  Maybe 1 glass every 4-5 days is a more healthy ratio.

the impact of alcohol in our body for me is the hearing dont you notice when you saw a drunk man they spoke so loud ? because alchol effects our senses and not aware of all things around.

Drinking alcohol has a very bad impact on the bottle which contain the alcohol. After a while of drinking they are all empty.

It's not evil when you tried to drink alcohol. Anyway, here are some impact of drinking acohols: Brain Damage, Cancer, Heart and Circulation, Lungs, Liver, Pancreas, etc.

What you have listed is not a consequence of drinking alcohol. You will not get these diseases if you consume alcohol in moderate quantities. But these diseases can occur, if you get addicted to alcohol and you end up consuming massive quantities of ethyl alcohol on a regular bases. But that holds true for the other food items (sugar, salt.etc) as well.

Actually dringking alcohol is not so bad when we put into our stomach not in our mind... Actually our body needs an alcohol 50 mg a day just to regulate normal blood circulation....

For me drinking alcohol is good to our health sometimes, make us happy in a short time and It can give a  deep sleep to us. But too much drinking alcohol can give a bad effect in our life in the future. Too much drinking alcohol can destroy your life.

Drinking alcohol in large amounts can take a toll on our body including how we behave. Being tipsy can get us into trouble because we arenot aware of what is happening in our surroundings. Aside from health impact is the psychological impact brought about by dependence on it.

Nope, you won't get addicted with alcohol drinking, unless you really want to do it or you are feeling something like stress or you are depressed, then most likely you would want to stay drunk all day, then you would get addicted to it.

In normal days, I believe that it's fine to drink alcohol, but not to the point that you can't stand anymore or you are not aware of your surroundings or you almost(not almost but) you pee in your brief then it's time to stop that habit.

I think it's better not to drink alcohol. In my view, drinking alcohol will have more negative impacts than positive impacts. It will be better to drink mineral water,  juice or coconut water. I believe that those will be healthier for the body.

Drinking too much alcohol can take a serious toll on your health. Alcohol does unbelievable damage to the body, virtually every part of the body. Brain, liver, heart, lungs, etc. In fact, everyone knows that excessive drinking of alcohol overtime can cause several types of cancer. Alcohol is not friendly to the body if taken heavily. Drink in moderation or better yet, not to drink at all.
