Alcohol is a detoxin when taken in moderation and a toxin when taken in large quantities. It's safe to drink if you have self-control and don't drink and drive.

Too much drink alcohol can cause brain damage, memory loss, anxiety and mental health problems

Aside from what you stated, drinking alcohol makes more crime.  It is indeed one of the reason why someone can kill a person and sometimes can rape a person.  Some who get drank became dangerous and do violent crimes.  When you asked a criminal, it is only they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Alcohol or drinking alcohol rather has a lot of side effects when it comes to a humans body. It can make you dizzy and can sometimes make you forget things that you’ve done while you were drunk. Drinking alcohol is not all bad but too much alcohol is definitely bad for sure.

Answer: Yes it is, as you know even a big pot can be filled a drop by drop, Little little even your health getting weaker.
Even God will never show his faith on you on the day you want it.

Also I've heard that some they drinks regularly but stays healthy. It seems depends on the person. But advice is get
practice for any other hobby little by little. get away totally from alcohol.

Hope a success dear.

As a wholesome answer, it is always better not to drink. But since you already are, question is how often you do drink. As u said you drink once a week, which may not have a very major impact on your health because our body is strong enough to remove such toxins from body once a week. The problem arises for drink abusers, i.e. those who drink on a daily basis, rather over drink. Their health can be at stake. But occasional drinking is not very detrimental to your health. You may try and delay your once-a-week drink to may be once every two weeks or twice a month, because these will be much healthier.

Yup that is why in a night you shouldnt binge drink or drink on empty stomach. This is recipe for disaster the next day and your body will certainly hate you for it. My worst hangover I woke up in a sweaty stopper it was the

worst thing you could imagine. I proudly have not drank since that day...sadly that was only last week though Cheesy

LOL... Dizziness is perhaps the last thing you should worry about while thinking about the negative consequences of alcohol. Dizziness is temporary and may go away after a few hours or days. But if you get liver cirrhosis as a result of drinking, then there is only a 50% chance that you will survive. There are also other serious side effects, such as brain-stroke and stomach ulcers.

A glass a day may do little damage to your overall health. But if the habit grows or if you find yourself having a hard time stopping after just one glass, the cumulative effects can add up.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

I’ve read in readers digest that alchohol, specally wine is good for the heart. I’m assuming that some alchohol as well. The things is most of the things are good for us, but too much of it is bad.

Yes drinking too much alcoholic is not good for our health , it may lead you to death because you have a highly conscious of mind you dont think very well. Base on my research there is a limition for drinking alcoholic beverges for men but it depends on the beverages that you`ve drink it might be too hard to control yourself when you drink too much also for girls only 3-4 shots is enough already.

regarding to your question if its ok to drink or not, I always believe in the quote "even nectar is poison if taken to excess" so I really think drinking ain't that bad if taken moderately but beyond than that or getting addicted to it would cause problem not only to your health but to your family as well.

As with everything else in life, all is OK in moderation
It is okay of taken in moderation. If not, he will experience addixtion and dependence on it. It will put a toll on his liver and kidneys as well. You can develop liver cirrhosis or fatty liver or if you are pregnant, there is a possibility of microcephaly or children born with small head that can lead to mental retardation.

With alcohol abuse, you are not physically dependent, but you still have a serious problem. The drinking may cause problems at home, work, or school. It may cause you to put yourself in dangerous situations, or lead to legal or social problems.

You are definitely right dude, whenever alcoholic was really not good into our health instead it will destroy the good condition function of our physical body. But even is like still many of them continuously drinking the liquor wine.

I am a believer in God. Everything what happen in my life is all doomed, like sickness and health thet all arranged. Likewise that happens with your life, despite having the habit of drinking alcohol everyday, believe the god regulates your health.
