It is best not to drink. Alcohol can paralyze our nerves, but also hurt our liver, increase the burden on the heart, let us aging, we should stay away from alcohol.
False, it depends on how much you drink, even it can be healthy if you know how.
No it is not healthy, not drinking alcohol is much more healthful than drinking a little alcohol. Why more? Because drinking alcohol is not healthy at all. Drinking alcohol a little or just a few times a week is not healthy, but just safe.

It's scientifically proved that alcohol helps in healthy living. Besides most of the medicine you have has some amount of alcohol in it.

I just want to share my experience. Every weekend I used to drink. Then I day I stopped because my wife ask/beg me to stop. I notice changes in my condition. I feel more lighter and active. I agree that drinking is okay as long that you will not abuse. there are some negative impact also. side effects, allergies came up. allergic rhinitis...

Drinking moderate amount of alcohol is something good to our body. It can lower the chance of having diabetes and can reduce developing of dementia. But it also have a bad effect. If you always drink alcohol, you will experience some changes in your body. Like you can have a cancer, you will have anxiety and high blood pressure and you can experienced tremor. So I suggest that we drink alcohol moderately.

Alcohol slowly destroys the human body, and with severe poisoning can even lead to death. I think it's better to avoid it if possible or not to eat too much and often.

It depend on the person. If you drink just for reflenish your self or occasionally theres nothing wrong with it but if you drink everyday you make it a habit and making trouble then this is the time.you need to stop.drinking alcohol

Somewhere I read that drinking moderate amounts of red wine can improve your lifespan. But I will not trust these studies too much. These researchers are all crooks. If someone gives them money, then they will tweak their findings as per his demands.

That's how math works. We can prove anything with any data set but it doesn't mean it's the truth. The same numbers can show that 6 cups of green tea per day causes a decrease in cancer but an increase in Alzheimer's. Whoever paid for the study decides which headline gets published.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Drinking relieves stress, and that's it, that's the only benefit of it. Drinking alcohol ruins your health and makes you addicted to it. It's hard to be alcohol dependent, everything around you would be affected, your job, family, relationship with friends and even money. So, I think it's better if you will just drink occasionally or just to socialize.

Intake of alcohol may still be beneficail if taken in moderations...
But if you take it excessively you may not only endanger your health but also destroy your relationship with your family...
A lot of homes were destroyed due to the fact that some of them were engaged in excessive intake of alcoholic drink..
So if you want to prevent this from happening the solution is so simple...
Drink in moderation if you cannot totally stop it...

Agreed. In this case, they can even tweak their findings by carefully selecting the test subjects. The test subjects can come from families which are having no prior records of cancer. Or they can come from racial or ethnic backgrounds which are least vulnerable to the disease.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
I consider that a man can a bit have a drink after a heavy, working week. But only a bit, in fact the excessive use of alcohol is harmful for our health. So, for a good mood.

Moderate Drinking of alcohol is good to our body. It could prevent diabetes and dementia. But if we always drink alcohol with high amount, it is dangerous. Some negative effects are having of high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, anxiety and cancer. We should limit our drinking so we can achieve a healthy body.
