Our body need alcohol its true but everything has his own limit if you cross from that limit then it will dangerous for you. So just like that alcohol in limit is not dangerous and also good for enjoyment but  never cross their limit of drinking.

Are you crazy?! Our body does not need alcohol. It would be better if no one drank alcohol, many lives would be saved.

Nope. Our body does not need alcohol. A very major part of the world population doesn't consume alcohol. Some religious groups, such as Muslims are prohibited by their faith from consuming alcohol. And know what? These people are in general more healthy than the ones who consume alcohol. IMO, there is nothing wrong in consuming alcohol. But it is not mandatory to consume it.

Our body does not need alcohol in the inside. It can be used to treat wounds, but it is not necessary to use it in a whiff. Children live without alcohol and are healthier.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

I guess there is no big issue, even if you drink 1-2 times a week. A few years back, I used to drink on every Friday evening. It helped me to relax my mind after a week in the office. But nowadays I very rarely drink. May be 3-4 times a year, at the most. I guess I no longer need alcohol to get relaxation. And this is good news for my health.

Yes, I agree with you. Drinking alcohol should be take in moderation. Anything that is too much can be harmful but some alcoholic beverages are good for our health. One to two bottles of dream are enough. We have neighbors here who are always drinking and after drinking there is always a comotion.

Alcohol is dangerous if consumed because it will make a hangover, so if we get drunk then we can not distinguish what is right and wrong. I recommend not to consume alcohol because it will damage our health and mind.

Obviously not good for health. If it is occasional then it might be okay. But too much alcohol is injurious to health and we often loose control to ourselves and do embarrassing things.So the impact is really bad.

All is okay in moderation. If it is too much or it exceeds your limit that's the time it will be bad. But as we all know drinking alcohol is really bad for health whether you take it a little, in moderation or too much. Your vision and kind of thinking will change and you can do something you're not really fond of.

Obviously, it is better not to drink. This is a coincidence and luck that your dad drinks every day and still stays healthy. Also, it is very bad that you have this feeling of "refreshing" after you drink on weekends.

I agree with the first poster, everything with moderation is fine.

As long as you dont get addicted you're good.
Theres a lot of social pressure to drink alcohol, and its a necessity in the business world if you want to form
connections or network with potential partners, so if you have low tolerance you may want to build that up in anticipation for that

Well!!...They say too much of everything is bad, and anything you do whether good or bad has implications. Alcohol is needed in the body but we are told in school that we get this in so many ways from the food we eat. Drinking proper beer, and in moderation is not harmful to yiur health. You can take it everyday but you should follow the daily recommended intake per your country's health ministry's research or WHO guidelines(recommended )
