My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

We all know that alcohol has it's uses. Drinking alcohol sometimes may cause you headache, can cause brain damage. But in some cases drinking alcohol may help people to forget and relieve the pain inside them even in a short period of time. Often times alcohol can be your friend when nobody was. But it depends on the situation. If you can let alcohol control your life its up to.Just drink moderately.

The usual short impact of drinking alcohol for me is head ache especially when i've had too much. And the long impact is having complication on liver. But there are European countries that Drinking alchol is part of their culture, and with regard to your drinking pattern just make sure that you eat healthy to help your body detoxify.

Alcohol is harmful to the body because it affects our physical, mental, intellectual, and working abilities and causes many serious illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, cirrhosis, gout and high blood pressure. Alcohol affects our health so we need to control alcohol intake to avoid mistakes for our family and society.

Drinking of alcohol has good and bad impact to our body. First, it is good if we drink moderately once in a while. Secondly, it also has very bad impact to our health since alcohol has many chemical content that irritate our internal body organs like heart, liver, intestine, etc.

To me, Alcohol is bad to human health. The impact might not be immediate but it has a little side effect to your liver and kidney each time you take some volume of alcohol. why dont you eat more of fruits and take more of fruit juice. They will do your body a lot of good.

You are right, definitely drinking alcohol may depends on the situation, sometimes drinking alcohol can help us to lessen the burden that we experienced but for every person that drink it with no limitiations can cause some health problems. It is true, just drink moderately to avoid some health problems.

alcohol causes Inflammatory damage such as liver organ to break down and remove harmful substances from your body. Long-term alcohol use interferes with this process. It also increases your risk for chronic liver inflammation and liver disease. The scarring caused by this inflammation is known as cirrhosis

the impact of drinking alcohol is very harmful to the human body, many people are not aware of the bad effects of drinking alcohol, because the impact can not be felt directly by the body, but the impact will be felt a few years later, better keep our health by not drinking alcohol

Yes. That is why we need to differentiate between alcohol consumption from alcohol addiction. First of all, we need to concentrate on the most vulnerable groups, such as the teenagers from broken families. Those who start consuming alcohol at a very early age are likely to become addicted to it once they grow up. Awareness campaigns and rehabilitation can prevent this.
