A more realistic price is $5 or 200K sats in my opinion. The price may not get there immediately but with time, It will. On Tidex Mobilego hit 187K sats even with the low volume and low liquidity over there. The ICO price per MGO costs more for other people like myself. I got each mobilego at $0.80+ due to GAME increased price at the time of investing.

Poloniex didn't add any new token for long time. It is possible to see some unexpected listing there of few tokens and MGO to be among them and may be it is only to get listed there. There is no news about this but is my thinking about MGO. It is big project which collected millions of dollars usually this kind of tokens get listed in short time at big exchanges and that is what I am waiting to happen with this.

0.001BTC per MGO is very much possible. People who are ready to wait and hold on to their tokens will be well rewarded. No doubt about that. And getting listed in exchanges like POLONIEX means going to the Moon and beyond!

And we will see 3x of ICO as base price of trading.
