In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Free MGO, just a dumper dumped mega... Looks like attractive deal. I can't believe someone actually dumped such bag at 10k sats. It was eaten in seconds. This is perfect time for pro investors to step in.

So now i have like 22k MGO coins and am deep in the hole... But just hold... sooner or later bittrex will come, MGO betting and first yearli profits from G-STORE... Im like 10k $ down... so you have it good compared to me

You're right, whole market under falling moment. wait for the market to give bullish momentum; it may drop more. To MGO keep falling last couple of month. I believe long term holding, I bbelieve MGO team. Hope will see soon some growth.

So Jack, what is the team's plan to get around being considered a security to the SEC? Looks pretty dire and the end of times for MGO.
Our plan is that we wrote our terms and conditions anticipating a ruling from the SEC. The first paragraph of our terms references this fact. Unlike many crowdsales we left ourselves loads of flexibility so we could adapt and mold to changing times. We are in no way legally bound to profit our investors. Any currency that is would be considered a security. We also wrote our terms and conditions in such a way that we could change the use and design of MGO as needed to meet regulation. And MobileGo is not a U.S. based entity so is not under jurisdiction by the SEC. First paragraph of our terms: "This document describes the initial sale in which the MobileGo token (“MGO”) is sold. It is not a solicitation for investment and does not pertain in any way to an offering of securities in any jurisdiction. Individuals, businesses, and other organizations should carefully weigh the risks, costs, and benefits of acquiring MGO early in the initial sale versus waiting to purchase MGO on open, third-party exchanges." First line from the second paragraph: "Ownership of MGO carries no rights express or implied. Purchases of MGO are non-refundable. Purchasers should have no expectation of influence over governance of the GameCredits Mobile Platform. "

We haven't been told we can't list. We're still waiting to hear from bittrex about the approval process.

I think you meant security instead of identity but yeah that has not been confirmed nor denied. Also same with Bittrex, no news just yet. It seemed with their tweet about mid August that MGO would be on their website shortly after that but alas no luck. Shouldnt be too much longer now Id imagine, we already waited 2 months. Another one cant hurt.

this is not a Chinese ICO though that ban is an isolated case only for Chinese people/organization and some countries will probably take the same path soon.

Some people really took benefit of lowest priced MGO yesterday and loaded with more tokens. Some people just sold out overreacting to those rulings came out from China. Some good projects like MobilGO doesn't fall in those ICO's category which are targeted through those rulings by Chinese Authorities yesterday. We should be able to make difference among projects which is legit and which isn't.

I dont understand you. Jack just explained and linked you the terms, that sais MGO is not a SECURITY. If bittrex doesnt list MGO is not becouse is a security. Its some other reason... Please read
